We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely a very good hotel for people with cleanliness and hygiene as their first priority. Location wise also it was great as very close to the main Baner road so it was easy to get cabs and auto. The rooms and washroom were very clean and well kept. It was peaceful here and checking in and out was easy. We also used their laundry service. We were three women staying here so it's definitely a good place for those looking to stay with their family at a hotel. Their staff was very professional and responsible as well.

There wasn't anything to dislike. Only that we had water leaking in our room which their staff was aware of. Since the room was quite big it wasn't much of a problem. The only thing we were concerned about was slipping in the water as we also had a senior citizen with us.

Great location! Central in the Baner area, yet calm. Everything I was looking for... Plus, kind and caring people to help you with any situation! Also, the room is bigger than what I got used to in Pune! A minor issue with the water tap - no doubt they got this fixed by now.

Seems like there are some constructions being planned opposite the hotel. If you're sensitive to noise, might be a good idea to give them a call, so you know for sure, this is still the peaceful harbour I am telling you about.

We ordered food without asking rates. Found too expensive compared to portion size and quality. It was simple home ccoked but too expensive for what was charged.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The Receptionist is extremely customizable to our environment and the user interface makes it easy to customize. A guest can walk right up and input their information without any confusion or questions. Also, the support and documentation for the initial setup were perfect.

Thank you so much to the Auhtel BHS Team. I left something at the hotel and also wanted them to issue another receipt for tax purposes. They immediately worked on it and the receipt was sent in the hour by email. The item was returned within the day. Totally beyond my expectation. You can totally trust this hotel! Whilst staying there everything was so clean and the service was very attentive. Will always be a customer here.

The rooms are super comfortable and they are indeed large. The house cleaning staff is polite and prompt in helping. Especially, Prashant from their staff is a great guy.

The location was great with connectivity to restaurants, shopping malls and near to my work place. The room size. WiFi connectivy was good.Very pleasant ana clam.

Room service was not prompt. The staff was good and polite though. I specifically asked for TV as my kid was with us. The recharge expired on the seconday and inspite of multiple requests they did not recharge. I just gave up.

Location was close to office and also the rooms are big enough.

The room didn't have a floor mat outside the bathroom and also the walls were not clean. Also when I entered the room had a pungent smell, which the cleaning staff took care later. Initially the room was supposed to have Electric kettle which was not there and had to call multiple times to get it.

Staff is very supporting, and owner is also very helpful. 10/10 in everything. They have some more facility, Washing machine, Plates, Spoons, Dishes, Glass, Wine Glass, Iron Every cafe / restaurant / street food / Club around 2-3KM.

The location is good and the room size is also good and you can even work from this place. Good staff as well.

Hot water is unavailable and need to be informed at reception , even after that you may not get the same. Food is not so great and have limited option.
