Room size , cleanliness, location

We had a broken knob at the entry door due to which we could not lock our room and we informed the staff saying we are in a hurry pls help us clean and then lock the door till we come. However, when we came though the room was clean the door was wide open and the staff said that the door just needs an extra push and kept telling it is closing properly but the house keeping guys left it open by mistake. We told if they could not close it bring a part of your hotels how can we do it, the manager had no answer and continued to ignore the issue at hand.

Three chairs in room for three adults should be in room Only two chairs were available

Com was pathetic Are as follow No proper gps locations Call centers are the worst ever i seen No proper help i got when it was needed I was searching for that place for more than 1 hour. No hotel number given while confirmed the booking For payment i have got a call many times Overall upgrade your service before you will sorrry

The food was good, the stay was very comfortable, spacious and clean room and bathroom.

It was all good

The staff was courteous, property was neat and clean and the location is good too as it is very close to the highway.

No complaints in this regards.

Staff is very friendly and co-operative. Food options with in-house restaurent is also good. Overall it's a nice place to be considered in Baner area.

The place needs pest control as there were small coackroaches and insects around

Located very close to Main Baner Road, yet quiet place. The facility is really well maintained and cleanliness is observed across entire place.

It was nice room with good location.
