Its a good hotel near by balewadi high street at a calm location with parking space. The staff is good. Hotel rooms were clean. Overall good stay for a week. The bathroom had minor problem so they provided a different room on same floor.

I booked double occupancy but even then they provided single complementary water bottle which they provide for single occupancy as well. Wifi was not working and no kettle in the room for hot drinking water or complementary tea coffee bags were not available.

About service about hospitality about food about staff, everyone is on there toes very humble and special thanks to everyone at desk . Rooms are good, but one suggestion is that the property owner should give a hot water kettle in the room to prepare instant coffee or tea.

The hotel is very nice and I have not had any problem coming to this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels but I liked this hotel very much. The hotel staff is very hardworking. The most important thing about the hotel is how the staff is, how the staff speak, but here the staff is small but very understanding and helpful, the rooms are also very nice. If anyone wants to stay in Balewadi, I can recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff is cooperative. Location is good. Amenities are available and rooms are clean and hygienic.

The last 200mtrs road to the hotel is in extremely bad condition. Even though it's not hotels responsibility of the entry road, it is a disappointing factor.

I liked the ambience of the hotel, and there's a good locking system in rooms. The almirah, table and chair were all good.

The hotel is a bit difficult to locate even after using maps. However, the location is good in terms of connectivity and other facilities and services nearby. The security of the hotel could be increased a little more at the entrance and boundaries.

The rooms were clean and good. Comfortable and cool. AC and fan were working well. And the location of the hotel is good for people who want to be away from hustle bustle life of the city for sometimes. And there are good hotels nearby for food.

The service. We tried to contact the service on message for food and hot drinks but no one care to reply. And one small issue is that the bathroom door needs to get repaired.
