About service about hospitality about food about staff, everyone is on there toes very humble and special thanks to everyone at desk . The hotel is very nice and I have not had any problem coming to this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels but I liked this hotel very much. The hotel staff is very hardworking. The most important thing about the hotel is how the staff is, how the staff speak, but here the staff is small but very understanding and helpful, the rooms are also very nice. If anyone wants to stay in Balewadi, I can recommend this hotel to everyone

I liked the ambience of the hotel, and there's a good locking system in rooms. The almirah, table and chair were all good.

The hotel is a bit difficult to locate even after using maps. However, the location is good in terms of connectivity and other facilities and services nearby. The security of the hotel could be increased a little more at the entrance and boundaries.

The rooms were clean and good. Comfortable and cool. AC and fan were working well. And the location of the hotel is good for people who want to be away from hustle bustle life of the city for sometimes. And there are good hotels nearby for food.

The service. We tried to contact the service on message for food and hot drinks but no one care to reply. And one small issue is that the bathroom door needs to get repaired.

I liked everything about this hotel. Awesome staff and awesome service. Co operative nature of manager and quick resolutions to everything made my stay very pleasant. The room was super clean and so was the washroom. Location is just behind balewadi high street so that makes it the best hotel at the best price in one of the most prime locations of Pune. Thank you Auhtel BHS for such an amazing experience. Will come back for another stay soon!

Common wash was not clean, early check-ins are too much chargeble, bedsheets were changed on request and not on their own delayed by 1 day after request, bathrooms can be cleaned every alternate day for more no of days stays

The staff at this property are all great . rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Auhtel BHS Hotel

Very good property, the boys who work, all are very good, nothing was allowed to happen, I felt a little scared in the night, called at the reception at 3 o'clock, the boy came immediately and got me right.
