Close to NICMAR which is where I was visiting. Value for money

Teething issues were there, like toilet curtain not working, IT issues like wifi not working, etc. Also, the complete huge transparent glass with an open view to the bath is uncomfortable, adding to which the curtain between that was not working.

A special thanks to Vaishnavi (front officestaff), she was very helpful and she supported my wife during her stay at hotel at that time when my wife get sick due to some unavoidable conditions at that time Vaishnavi and hotel staff take care her in their hotel to recover her health conditions. So kindly pay my regards to the Vaishnavi and all staff members for their help and support 🙏🏻 ❤️

BreakFast was tasty and sumptuous. The staff was very helpful and courteous..... During, breakfast there is a sudden surge in the guests - maybe a better planning or organisation of queue would help control the crowding and leave you with a large number of satisfied and happy guests...

the washbasin in the bathroom was getting clogged frequently... maybe the plumber/housekeeping could mend it....

Breakfast. Very friendly staff. Room Size. Comfortable bed. Clean.

In general the rooms need more love and care. Furnitures and fixtures are clean but worn and tired. The hotel is in need for some investment. The water bottles provided are not sealed. There are no rubber seals in the reusable bottles which would make them vulnerable to contamination.

Love the location. Good staff. Booking experience could have been smoother but we got the rooms on time.

Would have liked the bathroom as well as the beds to be a bit cleaner. The dust on the bed as we arrived was pretty noticeable. Also, there was kind of a learning curve to operate the lights.

Over all everything was great, too much value for the price we pay. Very clean and helpful staff.

Breakfast options were limited. To pay at check in and everytime you order room service was annoying even if you provide credit card. Hope they improve this. But then checkout was faster.

hotel stay was overall good, hotel room was airy and full of light, size was good, clean..good breakfast (complementary)

They does not allow outside food, is there any reason for this rule?? please start allowing outside food. One hotel staff (gatekeeper ) behaved extremely bad ..not expected

Day 1 was a disaster in the Restaurant when we were seated in the corner and were required to wait nearly an hour for Veg Biryani. Day 2 onwards, we sat on table number 1 with Ashwini providing exceptional service. We sat on this table on day 2, 3 and 4 of our stay for lunch/dinner or both and I must say, she maintained high standards on all the days. What I eventually realized is not to go for corner tables and go for the centre ones! Singapore Noodles and Black Forrest Cake on day 2 was excellent.

Day 1 at the corner table, the service was poor. The waiter was least bothered about serving us despite me repeatedly reminding him. I had to eventually complain to the Manager who set things right.

The rooms are excellent, though this time we got a smaller room. The breakfast is simply outstanding. Probably, one of the best breakfast spread I have seen and the taste is amazing too. It's a huge hotel with a nice view, swimming pool and other amenities. Right on the highway, so no need to travel in the city traffic too.

Didn't get a chance to go into the pool as there was a wedding celebration near the pool in the night and the staff denied entry from early evening. Though I could see few guests from my room after an hour, the staff denied the same over the phone.

Loved the lobby. The food (in-room dining) was really good. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

The access to the elevators for the room is a bit far away from the main lobby. Had to walk across a banquet hall (Which was crowded due to an ongoing wedding) and then take couple of turns before reaching the elevator section.
