Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good food with decent spread for breakfast and dinner buffet. Staff is polite.

Luggage trollies need maintenance, name board on top of the building currently does not have lights, so made it difficult to locate the building while driving on highway.

Excellent professional and attentive service by all staff. Will book my stay here next time I’m in the area. Very diverse breakfast menu which I didn’t expect.

A bit of a stale sandwich at Breakfast on first day, kettle doesn’t boil water properly and am red brown sugar and uht milk in room tray would be helpful

The staff was extremely helpful. Archana, Sakshi, the reception team, security team, housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful, kind and very professional. They helped me as per my special requests too. I highly recommend Ginger, Pune Wakad if you are travelling for work. The location is very accessible from Hinjewadi IT park too.

The policy of not cleaning bedding under the excuse of water conservation was disheartening and to a point of hygiene not acceptable.

Tarrif is higher than the best 3 star hotels in Pune City. I feel it is very expensive. Room size is also small in comparison with the other hotels..

Rooms wr good though room size wr small it's okk..but table should be provided in room so that to write it will be better ..

Instead of sofa table should be kept

Hot water in the bathroom not sufficient hot, and evening hot water was not available . Food quantity served on Al la carte was too much, portion can be reduced and also the cost accordingly .

Price and food

Some one smoke in the room before I entered the room. At least use room freshener before allocating it to new customers to feel good.
