No options for Non Veg guests. To be called "International Hotel" I guessed there would be more international options.

Service by Food staff. ordered Cold coffee in Restaurant, took 30 minutes but not prepared. saying its being prepared. We went back to room without having it. later received at room after 15 minutes.

My 4 nights stay at the hotel was really good. The room was excellent - a minor irritant was that in the bathroom - the only light was on top which gives shadows on the face when you see the mirror. A light illuminating the face on top of the mirror is a must. The breakfast was nice. Dinner at the 'Thali' Restaurant was excellent in which so many varieties of food were served. The space around the hotel is good for morning walks.

Some noise from the highway is there which is somewhat irritating especially in the night and the bathroom mirror light is missing. Cost of the food is a bit high and there should be some way to pay for all the food while checking out. One more restaurant apart from Thali restaurant is necessary for more variety.

Excellent cleanliness. Very comfortable bed, absolutely fresh and clean fresh linen. Very good breakfast spread. Excellent service with smile by Room Service, House Keeping and concierge staff.

Location was good. The service levels in the breakfast are was absolutely marvellous. Food was also good, only it was vegetarian, while I prefer nonveg

Housekeeping is pathetic and forgot to give things Forgot water in one room Forgot towels in another Didn't refill coffee and sugar free satches for the second day

Breakfast was good and hotel staffs were very pleasantly working with our needs.

Seems overall being Indian system, didn’t like Laundry system as looks very costly compared to any US-hotel laundry self-service system. Indian hotel Should have this self-service laundry system too. Otherwise rest was good.

Breakfast was really good. A good mix of Indian breakfast. It was delicious as well.

The wifi connectivity was limited to the room as opposed to entire hotel. The bathroom could have been bit more cleaner. Also were not told about all the documents needed for checkin process. I thought passport should be enough.

house keeping was not good , needs lot of work catering waiters need lot of training , served dosa on a laddle, then after telling on a quarter plate etc crockery was very dirty , tea stained mugs , cups , glasses were filthy

Convenient location, room was clean and tidy, staff was courteous.

Breakfast was very average. Infact muffins were from some local bakery, which were unpacked and kept. For executive room there were no complimentary snacks or fruits which are provided in most of the other hotels.
