Breakfast was the same all the days except one 2 dishes were changed to poha or Sabudana. The most important thing none of your staff were wearing gloves while serving food or making food the dosa person hand was in the batter and the waiter serving food touches the food so bad gloves should be kept even for guest while accessing buffet.so bad. You’ll are 5 star hotel same breakfast not even up to the mark.

Hygiene it’s mentioned above on the breakfast.Have you’ll checked your toilet commodes I don’t know how they are cleaning so fast.commode colour doesn’t look clean at all.

I like the hospitality, the facilities and the overall ascetics of the room.

One the bath room drain is a issue that needs a look and Second, despite me seeking and getting a approval for a late check out for 1 PM, I still receive calls reminding me of check-out time and policy, this was a bother then because I was sleeping as I had a massive headache which was informed to the front desk while seeking the late check out.

The staff especially the restaurant staff is very good.

As per the brand, I expected better amenities, cleaner property and diverse food experience. I feel the challenge here was they were understaffed. Staff however is trying to give it its best. Whatever, was served was good and I think the restaurant manager is doing a good job.

I have to start the review by saying Pawan from in room dining and Punit (chef de partie ) are just rockstars !!!... They made our whole stay so comfortable ..the food was always excellent !!...incredible service...shall miss them !!...also have to make a special mention of the gym and spa staff... The boy incharge of the gym was a gem always making sure we were comfortable ...the spa girl was great.... unfortunately I didn't get their names ... Mahesh from housekeepin was just amazing he knew exactly how we liked our room to be cleaned and went above and beyond for us ! Loved the hotel..A big thank you to everyone !!! We shall be back 🤗

I recently stayed at Vivanta and had a wonderful experience. The team at the hotel was exceptional, making my stay very comfortable. In particular, Sylvester went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed during my time there. The room was clean and well-maintained, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting. The staff in courteous and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth even though it looked like a busy weekend. We had dinner and breakfast at the property and the food was delicious. Spa services are reasonably priced and well executed.

Nothing not like but the service at their Asian restaurant was slow even though it wasnt crowded. Also, the place where we sat was near their kitchen and there were yelling noises for most of our dinner time.

Service and food quality is very good. Resort is well maintained. Gym and swimming pool is also very nice . Close to the highway so access is good.

There is a mosquito problem in the lobby area. The need to close the buzz restaurant and the sitting area with a partition. May not look good but will help a lot.. unnecessary irritant in an otherwise beautiful property.

Very amazing breakfast, catered to all the needs and good spread. Very courteous staff, especially the manager Kapil he went above and beyond his way to make stay comfortable for my parents. Was attentive to all their needs and ensured the stay to be very comfortable for them.

Everything was nice

I liked the hospitality. I and my wife went there for one night with our 6 month old baby. The proactive receptionist kindly informed us to call in-room dining for baby's food (boiled apple, soup etc) Also the housekeeping arranged a baby cot for our baby. Loved the experience and looking forward to more stays at vivanta
