Clean, streamlined service - you get what you expect. A clean room with amenities, a cafe that covers breakfast and most of the other meals and a fitness center. Extremely quick response times, and very cordial staff. Thoughtfully designed interiors and lighting.

Property did not have central AC. The AC unit is above the window blocked with blinds. A total blackout was not possible.

I loved Holiday Express Inn. The facilities were all international standard even in India. The room was a little bit smaller than usual, but ok for a single traveler. The front desk was welcoming and extremely supportive.

The construction work beside the hotel was very disturbing in the early morning. The breakfast was filled with too many local foods. The hotel was unable to deal in cash, so the payment was a annoying issue.

Good facility. Rooms neat and clean and good but bit small for double occupancy with separate beds. Nice breakfast spread, facility for pack up breakfast for early leaving customers.

During current stay (18-19 June) I found that half flush (from dual flush) was not working. Another observation is there is sufficient gap between toilet door and wall I think hotel need to provide rubber gasket like item..

Payal from restaurant was very helpful and she did a tremendous job on ground checking about well being and comfort of each guest. I really appreciate the sense of customer experience that the employees carry where I've now decided to mostly stay in Holiday inn during my short visits to Pune.

Everything about the hotel is great. Food, free laundry, service, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable and functional rooms. The rooms are small but well designed for everything you may need. I loved the shampoo, hand wash, body was as well - very high quality. I really appreciated that Holiday Inn Express is inclusive in their employment opportunity and have staff with hearing and speech impairments.

I found the food to be a bit spicy. If they can make the food more homely it would be icing on the cake for long stay travellers like me who travel a lot for work.

The breakfast location and reception are common so at times it becomes crowdy in breakafast timing of 8.30-9.30 as few are having breakfast while few are checking out. Breakfast spread is good. I have stayed for couple of times and found breakfast to be good enough. The additional facility (though I haven't tried) is about express takeaway breakfast for the guests. This is something new and looks to be good.

The service except they didn't help to carry my luggage, the food was good and the facilities were also good.

They should help to carry luggage. I was traveling alone and I had 3-4 different bags. I asked if someone could help me carry bags but they didn't. One staff coincidentally met in the lift even though he didn't help. While opening the room door my bags fell on the ground one staff member was there again coincidentally still he didn't come to help.... except this indecent act everything else was great 👍

Although my stay was short. If you are not that picky and want to have a subtle stay you can opt for HOLIDAY INN.

Some points … the room i got was a small one.. One with complain of claustrophobia would find this not apt. Breakfast options can be more and taste can be better. However it was good and cozy.

Room facilities provided were perfect for visit. In spite of bit conjusted / small overall area hotel provided for mini gym facility. The breakfast varieties were excellent.

There is No indication on main road for entering the property. The roads are absolutely jam packed due to Metro work going on as well as due to regular traffic. No facilities for drivers to take bath.

Great Location, near to many IT office. Dinner and breakfast was great. Mr. Ganesh has made sure that we get fresh food during dinner, excellent service.

Price is bit higher compare the room/facility size.
