The room was very welcoming and comfy.

The bathroom had a tub in the photos which was not the case in the actual room. Please mention it more clearly and update the photos that are misleading

The location was good and the breakfast was nice. The service from the staff was excellent especially from Bhushan who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The only thing was that we found our rooms far from each other even though we had asked for 2 connecting rooms. Also, we could not use the pool as it was in the middle of the venue. It's disappointing that it was not private and open for the residents to use whenever they needed.

LOCATION The location was nice for a one night stay that required I return to Mumbai the next day. Its on the outskirts of Pune, near to the expressway. FACILITIES The room was in great shape and I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant (which has a beautiful view), the fitness center in the basement (open 24/7), and the breakfast on the 6th floor. STAFF The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to my requests. There is no business center, so I had to use the 6th floor restaurant to conduct a virtual meeting. They provided me with a table in a quiet area and even turned down the ambiance music so I could hear the meeting better.

I was really blown away by this hotel. I had low expectations going in but came out feeling very positively about my experience. The only thing I can think of that would’ve made my stay ideal was if there was a business center.

the staff is good , the rooms are maintained and the food taste is also good

the room service for food as well as while the service of food in the restaurant was really slow and around 12 a.m I wanted hot milk for my child but it was said that the kitchen closes at 11.30 pm which is not right. atleast basic items like milk , tea coffee should be provided 24 hrs

It is situated in a very good locality with many restaurants nearby.

The room can be a little more spic n span considering that it is a 5 star property. For example while having a shower the water gets accumulated and took time to settle down. The cleanliness of the window, cupboard where you can see stains & dust.

Location was outside the city but good.

Storage space was very limited. Just one wardrobe without any selves. Lunch buffet was OK,could be better.

Courteous and Helpful Staff. They are always ready to support in the best possible way. The chef was so helpful with my special food needs. The front desk helped me a lot. I liked Cleanliness. Food was good, but quantity serves two, which may cost extra if traveling alone—an excellent place to stay. The location of the airport may bother me a bit.

having good restaurant, given room well before chcek in time it was nice of them ,terrace restaurant having good ambiance

swimming pool timming it cloases by 5 infact on holidays we start doing swimming after 6 in evening

Room was clean and felt new. Value for money. Did not use wifi so cant comment.

perhaps the bfast was a little less special but its above average.

Smooth check-in process, extremely helpful and polite staff, neat and clean rooms, quick room service, all our additional requests were warmly welcomed!

One of our rooms wasn't not ready on arrival and it took almost 45mins over the check-in time for us to get our room. We found the hotel to be located quite far from the city.
