Exceptional Dining: The breakfast buffet had a great variety with both Indian and international options, and the staff ensured prompt service. 4. Professional Staff: The hospitality stood out, with the staff being courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist. 5. Amenities: The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, adding to the overall experience.

1. Room Maintenance: While the rooms were clean, some minor issues like worn-out upholstery and slightly slow air-conditioning could use attention. 2. Check-in/Check-out Process: It could be faster as there was some waiting time during peak hours.

The breakfast spread in the morning was decent but did not change much over the two days we were there. Beds are comfortable and room size was decent. Its in the heart of Hinjawadi phase 1.

You have to pay for room service once you receive and is not included at check-out. I was woken up from my sleep to settle the bill. The approach road to the property is narrow but the property itself is quite pleasant. Area around the swimming pool is currently under construction.

excellent food. Staff was extremely receptive and did accommodate our requests to ensure our stay ended smoothly. To call out Ngambi, Kunal, Akshata, TanayM, Vikrant, Tanay G, Shrishti, Moushmi and Ashish helped us a lot throughout our staY.

luggage transfer after check in almost took 50 mins, and took couple of calls to reception.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool area ontop. Good quiet location but still close to Hinjawadi and Balewadi.

Signing breakfast to the room was a painful experience took way too long. The blue lights on the roof top bar attract insects, better when turned off.

The rooms are good. The bed is awesome. Aesthetically the hotel is good. Location was a bit difficult. But for the service they deserve all the five stars. The staff was good and very helpful. Guest relations Ngambi was super helpful and arranged everything that we wanted. Also excellent service by Mr. Bindi. Breakfast had good options too. The crossiants were delicious and service was excellent.

The location was too far from city approximately an hours to 45 mins drive. On cleaning the room, once Dustbin and old plates were not cleared and other day the supplements were not replaced like water bottles, tea and coffee sachets

Rooms are large and comfortable. staff is nice.

The wifi speed was very low. mobile network was reachable from the room. service was good but forgot some things that we asked. checking in time was much longer than it needed to be. Breakfast was average. breads are not good at all. TV was without internet.

1. Morning coffee stand in the room. It was too high. 2. The location of Radisson Blu -- Hinjewadi -- too far away from the bustling city of Pune. I should have stayed at Radisson Blu at Kharadi.

Food, it was not that much hot as it should be. In the breakfast, there were few items which should be hot enough. I highlighted the same to the attender, hope they will take care the same in future.

The team has done an awesome job to celebrate our anniversary special thanks to Ngambi, Kunal, Akshata, Ashwin, Pankaj.. for decorating the room so nicely.. The food was awesome not a single complaint anyone could have.. The staff were friendly and helpful ☺️..
