Nice hospitality,good bed, cooperative staff,good social sense,food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.

My room was well-ventilated. That was a plus point for me. Room was also spacious. Their restaurant had some really good food.

My room booking included breakfast and the reception staff said they dont provide breakfast. My senior citizen parents were traveling so we booked a room at a place that offered breakfast. then after quite a discussion the reception guy went and brought something from a roadside stall (street food) as breakfast. If you do not provide breakfast facilities then you should not take bookings with extra money just to provide street food which may or may not be hygienic. Truly a horrible experience. I will not be booking a FAB hotel ever unless it is my last resort.

Breakfast included booking was made but the breakfast was not provided at the property and was not refunded either. The rooms were not clean and the property was not well maintained. Even water bottles were not provided and some of the taps in the bathroom were not functional.

1. Room allotted to me was full of mould. 2. Toilet was not clean. 3. AC installed in the room was 10 - 15 years old working very slow. 4. Electricity backup was not there (woke up at 08:00 AM and till checkout at 11:00 AM there was no electricity in the room).

Staff is not supporting: I did be complete payment before my stay starts, but fab hotel did not received full payment because of booking.com error. So they did not allowed me to complete my check-in.
