The property is in a prime location but none of the rooms have the sea view. The food quality is very good and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

The front desk executives were somehow not very helpful and polite. The price difference between room service and restaurant is almost 20%, which was never intimated to me.

The location was the best. Staff were courteous. Easy availability of local transport. Food okayish.

The restaurant could have been better? Less options of food in the menu. Also the condiments - pickle, sauces etc were kept uncovered.

Room was spacious and perfect for three people. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Location is very convenient for Jagannath Puri Darshan. They arranged a car service for the next day and it was very smooth and hassle free. Would recommend for a pleasant stay

Everything was good

Food was too tasty and hotel ambience was even good. The stay was too cool. Children enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff behaviour was good. Prompt service was provided by all the staffs of room keeping.

The swimming pool was too clean but it need to be provided with swimming suits and floating balloons.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The restaurant offered good food. They offered an extra bed free of cost in the deluxe room. The place is well-known in the area. So, any auto-wala will take you there just by name. It's close to the beach; 5 mins drive.

Parking is a big headache if you are taking your car. You have to park in the open area and on the street sometimes. The hotel is home to many pigeons who can do beautiful paintings on the car overnight. The hotel should have offered covered parking or a car washing service (with a minimal cost of course), as the professional car washing is quite far from the place.

The staff, room service and location is super (for visiting the Jagannath Temple). It's a 10min Auto ride to the temple. Room size is good and the restaurant food is very good.

The property is a bit dated and can do with a make over. There was some confusion over the room type, which was sorted out on arrival but I ended up paying extra.

The room was really spacious. The staff was very helpful in helping me navigate around. They gave great local recommendations for food and things to do. The location was excellent. Welcome drink at the reception as I was checking in.
