Place is Huge and feels like stay at the palace.

We originally booked for two nights but later reduced it to one, and the hotel staff kindly helped modify the booking without any issue. The next day, our plans changed again, and we wanted to extend for one more night. However, we were told the hotel was fully booked, even though availability showed on the booking app (at a higher price). It was a bit disappointing not to be able to extend directly, but overall, the staff were polite and helpful during our stay.

Fantastic grounds and building, feels like living in a palace at a lower price than most such locations. Excellent restaurant and the restaurant manager was very attentive and sincerely interested in the well-being of the clients. Royal suite is very luxurious. It's several kilometres from the city so you'll need a car to get to Jodhpur center but that has its positive in terms of expansive grounds and quiet environment.

Maintenance staff is incompetent, couldn't unblock a drain, couldn't adjust water temperature which was mostly lukewarm (not hot), couldn't fix an A/C unit, etc. After several attempts we just gave up since we were leaving after 2 days anyway. Reception was manned by 2 trainees at night neither of whom knew basic things like the phone number of the hotel, how to contact the night manager, etc. It's a beautiful property with motivated staff, but the personnel manager needs to be replaced by someone who can train and assign them properly.

Arpit and Kaushik were lovely and went out of their way to serve us. Consequently, we looked forward to breakfast and evening meals.

The hotel needs a good dusting. The carpet outside the bedrooms needs replacement with hard flooring. The hotel plants and lawn are beautiful, but the hotel needs a new lick of paint.

Neat and Clean

Staff was very rude and no coordination betweeen restaurant staff and reception staff. Wanted an early check out and felt like a task… I had to literally wakup the reception staff for check out.. I had told them to pack the breakfast but there was no information passed onto either to the morning restaurant staff nor the reception staff… reception staff asked me to go to restauranct and check for the breakfast and went back to sleep…

It is far from the city to invariably I spent nearly 2000 INR per day to travel back and forth

I wish they staff would have told me about their morning nature trail and others on day one instead of when i was about to check out

Breakfast was great but for room service not good we asked for dinner there room menu already expensive that’s ok but boy bring phulka not was wrap in aluminium foil not even paper napkins that’s cold when we eat just putting in pot so we disappointed to see that otherwise all is good

All is good

Property is awesome. They have really nice location, staff is generously good. Complementary breakfast is good. You can have good candle light dinner. I also enjoyed swimming pool.

Bed can be better. they should have good ortho supportive bed not spring one.

It's outside the city jodhpur. Staff is best. Specially the Assam bar boys And Uttrakhand boy. Very kind and humble. Night is awesome.

It's my anniversary night and the restaurant staff not give us permission to eat dinner outside in the park with candle.😐 Don't close pool in evening because some people enjoy in nights. Pool closing time 7pm Make it 10 PM. The boy who play the rajasthani instrument outside the restaurant make evening beautiful.please provide him a seat to be sit comfortably.

Before we came we've read very bad reviews about this hotel and we were a bit worry. It all disapeared while we just stepped inside. I have no idea where did all those negative came from. It is a wonderful hotel with amazing stuff

I liked all (except the location)

i stayed in this property the hotel is very nice with variety of activities with excellent location & we enjoy the peace and nature. defiantly visit again and also recommended this property. would like to thanks some staff members who really take care of us during our stay Mr. sagar & gajendra and vikram thanks for the services
