Well, honestly speaking we did not expect the place to be turning out this good! Best part was their own in-house wine and dine at the terrace. We decided to stay back and enjoy nights at the hotel's restaurant itself as Udaipur has some serious challenges when it comes to hiring Ola, Uber not only at nights but even in the daytime. Went Udaipur for my birthday week and to our surprise they had Live music on that day! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Romila, Mahi, Yogi specially!

There is one major issue we faced when asked hotel to help us in getting some medicines from chemist shop as hotel is located at quite an isolated area. They charged 50 bucks for medicine costing 108rs. Which was basically half of what we paid for the medicine. Also their restaurant menu could be better in terms of both variety and cost.

Beautiful beautiful interior design! Our favourite stay in India yet :) super clean, awesome rooftop with restaurant and live music, beautiful views. Ground floor swimming pool with great vibe. Kind, professional and helpful staff!

Was a bit out of town but we didnt mind. Nice to have some quiet and there were always tuktuks available outside the hotel

The room was a little cold, and the heater helped, but not much. The water heater was small and in the middle of washing my hair, the hot water was over.... if you take quick showers, it works fine...if you are like me and enjoy a long shower...the hotel water will not last

Brilliant hotel!! It is very artistically and tastefully decorated. It has all the amenities that one requires to be comfortable and you can notice a lot of attention to detail. The colour scheme and style, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness of the hotel, the welcoming staff and the rooftop bar were all splendid. Special mention to the amazing breakfast views from the rooftop and the live band that plays on the rooftop on Friday and Saturday evenings. In regard to the location, the auto rickshaw stand is only a 5 minute walk away. The lakes and the old city only about 10 minutes by auto/uber. This hotel is super amazing value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room, the colors, the location, staff, food everything was amazing. The other ratings about this place definitely gives justice. we loved the place. The bottled water is free which may sound miserly but it a bonus when the normal water is from a bore. The food and especially cocktails were awesome. The live band each night added sparkle to our stay

The live band was going on until 3:00 am which definitely impacted our sleep schedule. It was a christmas event - and would have expected the hotel informing us about this prior to check-in or atleast during check-in. We didn't realize the music goes on so late until we experienced it the first night. Also its very loud. Sleeping on the top floor didn't help much as the music felt louder for us.

The room we booked was a fantastic deal and great value for money. It was located in the newer section of the hotel and super spacious, and honestly, the photos on Booking.com didn't do it justice. It felt like a whole different hotel in person. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from Udaipur's centre.

Breakfast was below par and the pool was not very clean.

The food, the service and the facilities were all very nice. Enjoyed the stay and the services very much.

The location was not prime. It was not bad, but please note this is not a central or prime location. In fact, it is a little way out, in a developing area.

The staff is very helpful and sweet. All the amenities were provided by the hotel. The rooms were clean and very beautiful with a great view of the hills. The terrace cafe and pool add to the properties aesthetic.

The property is a little on the inside of the city however they help you with providing autos and cabs.

looks exactly like the pictures on the web. love the rooftop soul bistro & lounge cafe in the hotel. this property is named La Sierra if I remembered correct. breakfast has a good variety including eggs done your way. the properly smells very pleasant and alot of good staff cleaning the place. and u watch sunrise at the roof top cafe.

staff forgot to lock our room back after cleaning so better keep your valuables locked or kept well. and we found baby cockroaches crawling in the room. I feedback to the reception which they apologized and promise to act on it.

The hotel is decorated beautifully and in a really peaceful location, tucked a bit away from the main streets. The room was also lovely and the beds were super comfy. The rooftop terrace is such an amazing added bonus of the hotel, with an incredible view over Udaipur and a great spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and it was lovely to go up to the roof terrace restaurant every morning and to be greeted by Rizwan's friendly smiling face, and he couldn't have been more attentive!

The name of the hotel is slightly confusing as it is different on Booking.com to what it is known as in Udaipur (we confused several rickshaw drivers until we started calling it Sierra Hotel or asking for Soul Restaurant). The location is also a bit far out of the action but is fine if you don't mind paying for tuktuks. We liked it here so much we even tried to stay an extra night, but were told by someone on the desk there were no rooms - and then told the next morning that actually they did have availability, which was an unfortunate miscommunication as we would have loved to stay longer.
