We loved the staff, the property itself, the breakfast, and the rooms.

Absence of Hair Dryer in the Bathrooms, not cleaned glasses on the terrace surrounding the swimming pool.

Room comfort was to a high standard, and the AC and bathroom were functional, with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Excellent workstation for a laptop, and the internet was fast and reliable. The fridge and safe deposit box are rather small, and it is not possible to fit a laptop in them. Lift access to all floors and good security. Aesthetically pleasing decoration throughout the property. The breakfast provided was good and plentiful on the supply menu provided in room had good choice for room order. The location was convenient enough to walk to major tourist sites.

The financial model mentality is chasing me a day before arrival for a deposit; even with the Booking.com booking protected against my credit card, they rang me on three separate occasions until common sense prevailed but definitely reduced my goodwill towards this property. Privacy issues regarding our room curtain were required to be kept closed at all times due to the workers camp having a clear line of sight into our room 112. There is no available watchable TV for English-speaking clients. Also, when we had clothes cleaned and they were not cheap, we had to send them back due to their dampness. Also, general noise by other clients and staff was horrendous at times.

Good location with lots of shops, cafes etc Good view from the top, good swimming pool (but not very warm). Warm water in the shower. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Very bad quality of wi-fi, it is impossible even to open outlook or upload photos to Instagram. Wet rooms without possibility to open window. We booked twin beds and the room was wet with mold as ventilation in bathroom did not work, we asked to change the room, but they offered only rooms with one double bed, anyway we preferred to live with ventilation. They accept only Indian bank cards or cash.

In Indian Standards, the rooms were clean; over the average which is quite positive. With AC. Rooftop Pool enabled some chill and rest, which is appreciated. Restaurante was pretty good, and breakfast ok. In general good price-quality.

One room was attached to another by a wooden door and could hear a lot of noise from neihgbours. Staff didn't speak much English, but okay for comunicating. The hotel is not in the city center, but this is not really an inconvenient.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of everything. High standards of cleanliness, food, quality of rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom kits were of high quality. Summing it up, loved this hotel too much. Will always book this place blindly when visiting udaipur.

Staff go above and beyond, both at reception and in the restaurant. Amazing pool, great food, very comfortable rooms. Room service was hard to order over the phone because of the language barrier, but the food was amazing. Staff is on point!

The location and comfortable stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good. The hotel was clean and the staff were great.

The pricing of food at the restaurant was slightly on the higher side and the quantity of food needs improvement.

Breakfast was good. We had an early morning flight so had to miss complimentary breakfast at the hotel. But at the time of checkout, the hotel representative handed over packed breakfast which we could have at the airport.

More fruits to be included in breakfast and tea served was bit cold.

Spotlessly clean, smart and professional staff, quieter location but easy to get to City Palace 10mins on a 150 rupee Auto, use the one opposite the hotel, view of City Palace and lake from the rooftop swimming pool
