The staff was very courteous, they treat you like royalty. Food is great. Rooms are comfortable.

There was repair work going on and will go on till 31st October 2024… hence, the gallery outside the room was dusty and noisy. They should have informed us about it before arrival. One of the pools wasn’t functional.

Every aspect of stay was amazing, Special shoutout to Siddharth Ji, Dipika ji and Harsh ji(Every individual were amazing but we didn't get opportunity to interact with them as much as these three)The team went above and beyond to make sure the stay was worth the time spent at the property. Would very highly rate and recommend this lodging!

Few Recommendation - The refrigerator were a little less cold as expected for that size. Although in the Bathrooms Wet and dry area are distinguished but due to the structuring having either a floor/door mat would be a good addition to keep dry area dry.

The hotel is beautiful. The architecture and the landscaping are wonderful. The grass lawns and frangipani trees make the hotel look so beautiful. We loved our stay at this hotel. It exceeded our expectations so much that we wished we could stay here for one whole year :) The staffs are extremely cordial. Our special thanks to Ms. Palak at the reception counter. She gave us two nice rooms overlooking the swimming pool and helped us check-in early. Mr. Abhishek helped us check-out late. The staff used to call us everyday and ask how we liking the place and if they could do something to make our stay better. The best thing about this hotel is that the staff are considerate and caring. They used to update us on various activities at the property and the free tea-snacks and cultural program in the evening. The breakfast was elaborate; we overfed ourselves for six days. The rooftop restaurant was also lovely with views of Fateh Sagar, making our dinner a magnificent experience. Their Rajwade Saag is a must try. Overall, we liked this property very much and it made our stay a memorable experience. Surely comeback to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Udaipur. The hotel has inspiring architecture, the food was excellent and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive and helpful, especially Bikram. We also used the spa facilities and Salmaan was very kind, helpful and had one of the greatest hospitality spirit I’ve come across. The massage therapist Partei was also very good and excellent in her job. Finally, Mr Khuman who was the Manager in charge of our stay was most accommodating and attended to all our needs, we really appreciate his efforts. We were very pleased with the hospitality, service and hotel team and will definitely be back again.

Very good staff and welcoming. Facilities are excellent and suitable for family with children. Rooms were spacious with very clean bathrooms. The location is excellent with a view of the mountain range and lakes. There were bars, lounge, gym, spa etc. Live music played while you have breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast buffet was good but can be improved with variety. The lunch and dinner in the restaurant (basement and rooftop) were over priced for the quality and quantity of food. The swimming pools were open air. However, they were not properly chlorinated and hence saw frogs jump into them. Avoided the pools.

I have loved everything, but it would've been better if the evening tea areas are more wheelchair/baby stroller friendly, rest of the things are very good.

The aesthetics, the food, the live events, not enough words to describe the richness of this property! And the cherry on the cake was the amazing staff. We were in Radisson Palace Udaipur to celebrate my FIL’s 60th birthday and every single part of the trip was taken care of by Team Radisson, including pick up and drop, the surprise room decor and the delicious customised cake. We had such a blast all thanks to Radisson. And a big shout to Siddharth, Kavish and Chef Manish for making this trip truly memorable for each of us!

An excellent service by Radisson. Truly, value for money. We were approached before our stay for any travel arrangements required. We were allotted Mr. Siddharth as our go to person and we really appreciate his proactive approach and excellent service during our stay. We also had our toddler with us and Mr. Siddharth made sure we have all the comfort with our little one. Food and facilities were excellent as well. Will surely visit again.

My stay at Raddison Blue Hotel and Resort in Udaipur India was nothing short of magical. From indulging in delectable cuisine that tantalized my taste buds to enjoying vibrant cultural events under the starlit sky, and games, every moment was filled with delight. The refreshing pool, sumptuous breakfast spread, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes elevated my experience to sheer perfection. * Special thanks to Bintesh and manager Khuman, both guys were very helpful and cooperative. :)

Everything was great, One thing could be on the improvement side, I think the pool walls to be decorated more they are pale blue but overall the Pool water was a relaxing experience for us.

Rooms need renovations Initial room was not up to expectations but staff Pankaj was very helpful upgraded the room without any extra cost unfortunately bathroom in one of the room was leaking from the side. Staff Siddharth Roy was excellent, noticed our concern and changed the room to next grade. Was very helpful. Manish was another staff member very humble and helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay.
