Beautiful location right across Fateh Sagar lake. Our rooms and balconies had a wonderful lake view. The rooms were very comfortable , clean and beautifully decorated. The entire villa is beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The roof top restaurant has a wonderful view. Good was very good. My parents needed jain food and the restaurant made fresh breakfast for them each morning as per their request. We had two rooms booked for a family of 6. Our rooms were right across each other across a beautiful hall. It was cold and they gave us room heaters right away. Pictures don’t do it justice.

Everything was great

I would highly recommend this place. We had a very large room on the bottom floor with big windows facing the lake. The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and the bathroom was very nice by USA standards. The shower had a glass door, good water pressure, and plenty hot water. The rooftop dining was a bit of a hike (up tall stairs), but the facility is like a museum. The view was top notch and the food was excellent - worth coming for even if you don't stay at the hotel.

a softer mattress and softer towels would be nice, but they were similar to other very nice places we stayed in India

The property in itself is a place to check out, beautifully curated with vintage artefacts and the view just outside the property is remarkable for an early morning walk and nighttime ice-creams, nearby one can even find a place that is low-key and sells healthy drinks like ABC, carrot juice, Karela juice etc. The staff were great and they even arranged transportation in the wee hours. They also arrange tours, which we didn’t know but would have opted if known before.

The property needs to concentrate a bit on its hygiene. I understand it might be difficult because of all the artefacts, cleaning them regularly could be a tedious job.

So this was our first trip to Rajasthan and our first destination was Udaipur. After searching for a lot of properties we finalised on this one. Being skeptical initially , all our worries were resolved when we reached the property. Mr Hemant and his team were very well spoken and polite. We asked for a room change as we did not like the initial room provided , and it was changed the next day. The restaurant serves amazing food! Mr Hemant also helped us with a taxi to tour the city. We hired it for 2 days and toured the entire city. The taxi driver was very nice and polite too. The property is a lake facing boutique hotel, comfortable and clean rooms , well spoken and courteous staff and overall well managed. We had a wonderful stay for 4 days.

The staff are very proactive and friendly. Would like to mention about reception staff Deepak and Manager who were very professional and always ready to assist.

There was a smell in the washroom coming from the wash basin sink. However this should not be taken as a complaint because the cleanliness in the room and the overall experience for us was pleasant.

Where should I start by praising Panna Vilas So the hotel is pet friendly and they have incredibly good staff. The best part is that few of them are specially abled and I was so impressed by the management that they are supporting them. Hemant ji at the front desk is the best person you can talk to if you want to know something about Udaipur and he knows every single thing plus he is very soft spoken. Hotel has the most beautiful view of fateh sagar. The food was amazingly good and they have a roof top bar and restaurant who serve amazing cocktails and food. A must visit place to stay and eat.

Well planned and beautifully designed property… Gives an authentic feel of Udaipur… Location is simply fabulous and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing👌 Very good food and variety in dishes available…

There were very small cockroaches in the room… an issue which needs to be addressed.

Very kind stuff, they allowed us to make early check in free of charge and they upgraded our room. Excellent location definitely one of the best places we’ve been in India and highlight of our travel through west India. Totally recommended

The restaurant is a bit overpriced, but the quality and choice of food is very good.

There are many points to appreciate this property: 1. Location of the property is just perfect. You gonna love the view from the terrace. 2. Delicious food and cocktails 3. Live music with good vibe. 4. The staff is so friendly that even during my one night stay they made me so comfortable. 5. Heritage property with a touch of aesthetics Perfect property to stay at this price.

Let’s start from the very beginning we reached Udaipur around 7 AM and by 8 AM we were at the property the staff was soo good and friendly that they allowed us early check-in. We upgraded our stay to lake facing room and trust me the view from the room was mesmerising. Now let’s talk about the property so it has good green surroundings and the property represents the culture of the Udaipur with the amazing hospitality. The view from the restaurant was next level and the food is delicious. The staff is very well trained keep up the great work and I look forward to stay with you guys again.
