everything was very good. From the customer service, reception staff especially Soheb and Manhar were very helpful. rooms allocated were good clean staff were all nice. Breakfast was good with a variation for all and again all food and drinks were provided on request. Very good stay please maintain the quality and hotel standards and cleanliness for the future as i have been in other hotels in Rajkot and standards have dropped dramatically within months.

Breakfast was ok the only big problem is that i ate some of the food that had sugar the first day and that shot up my sugar levels . You must either avoid the sugar in the food as most of the guests i believe will be from abroad or from out of Gujarat barring your marriage party crowds . Alternatively you can put up warning sins against such foods that have sugar

parking facility was difficult parking i have a permanently stationed big car which was always a pain to park .. specially i could not go to park in your basement cause of the car size

The breakfast was quite good. We requested for some cut mango of Gujrat, kesar, which was not in the menu, however we were given the same for a charge. Appreciated.

During the dinner, there was one group of ladies which was very loud and quite disturbing. the management did nothing about it. In good hotels, kitty parties and the like are not allowed in the evening but only in the afternoon.

I really liked the way the staff there talked to me and their behaviour. I really liked the way they talked to their gas and satisfied them.

This is not my complaint with them but with booking.com. I think I had booked a room from them as a compliment. I should have made breakfast complimentary in it.

Excellent hotel with great service provided by ALL staff and very friendly staff. Great breakfast with a variety of foods. Very clean hotel, comfortable and big rooms with efficient room service. Our floor housekeeping was provided by Urmila and Joy - both very good.

Ms Surabhi/Swastika at restaurant (1 staff at reception in night, dont know name) are amazing/excellent, they are so welcoming, always smiling.. took care of us & i witnessed with other guest as there near/dear ones.. should be rewarded by restaurant

Breakfast was very good and staff is very polite and helpful. They assisted my elderly parents at every step while getting in and out from car.Room service food was delicious with good portion.loved our stay!

Buffet dinner and restaurant is very small if there is any party booked . There is no place for in house guest during such days

service was excellent throughout ......staff was so good........rooms were so good. I'm not a vegetarian but did enjoy the dinner buffet , also the breakfast, which had a lot of multi cuisine variety .

I think there was nothing not to like.......
