I recently stayed at Hotel Reganta and I must say, the staff, especially the front desk and bell boys, were outstanding! From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with check-in and providing information about the hotel amenities. The bell boys were always available to assist with my luggage and offer recommendations for local attractions. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by their dedication to ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Reganta to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay memorable!

The rooms were clean, neat, well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were sufficient spread, though not lavish, it was enough. The staff were courteous and helpful. On request they accommodated me with an early check in (paid). thank you

The bathroom was small, and when wet would not dry. Not a serious issue, atleast for Indians, but that is not comfortable (wet floor). A pair of slippers could be provided

This is a great property and my next trip this is the property that I will stay. The restaurant is phenomenal and so it the cake shop. It is close to the city center and very convenient to go anywhere within and outside the city. There is a bottle room on premises for outside tourists.

The restaurant service is very slow, we ordered Ala-carte meal during dinner while the restaurant is buffet and it took almost 1 hour for our food to be served. The room reeked of cigarette smell which just would not go away, the management needs to segregate smoking and non-smoking rooms its just not fun to enter a room that smells like a cheap bar.

Easy to locate on Gmap, car got parked by staff and quick check in. Room was big and bathroom was very clean and fresh towels. Kettle to make coffee and small fridge was of use to us. We had dinner and that was a great value Rs700 each buffet was awesome.

Good breakfast and all the staff made our stay enjoyable. We will always book.a stay here from now

I have to Change From 804 to 901 As Toilet Fish Was Not Working In 901 Freez Was Not Working and it was Replaced Twice. House Keeping Service Person Clean Furniture With Towels!

Everything was very good. I will be travelling to Rajkot regularly for business and I am sure to book there again.

Not sure about other facilities as I was only there for one night. However, everything looked good so can’t comment on negative points on the property.

The staffes are very friendly and helpful, Ms. Shehar @ the reception, Miss Trishna @ the restaurant, Ramesh @ concierge and so many others. Thank you for all. The location is great, 10minutes walking distance to the Crystal shopping mall, Atamiya University, several temples, etc. Food is great. I like their omlette, paratha, and tea.

visitors weren't allowed to come and meet us in the room......we were told to meet the guest in the lounge area and not in the room....quite absurd for a modern hotel

Location is far from City But OK. View outside from Room given to us was average as only flyover was visible and looks very conjusted. Breakfast of good. Could not use the Pool as information was not given from Hotel Staff.

Alcart Dinner odered was given late. Seems less staff at Restaurant

you need to improve the gym one thing i noticed the when i chequed in the room the flooring was little bit sticky i think they are using some type of liquid
