Breakfast was great and no trouble for any additional items to be made to order. Seema located at the restaurant always had a fabulous conversation with me and it was lovely seeing that I was visiting and my stay at the hotel was alone. Unfortunately I was not able to say goodbye to her on my departure please wish her the best. Bijay was accommodating when I checked in as I was not sure if I was going to stay the full duration but I did so thank you. My bags were brought down quickly when checking out. Definitely would revisit the hotel.

I would not fault anything my stay was good with all facilities.

Amazing hotel - arguably the best I've ever stayed in in any country. The rooms were of high quality and extremely clean, everything worked as expected, the staff were professional and courteous, and the food was fantastic, and the bed was huge and comfortable with pillows that obviated the need to use my orthopaedic travel pillow! Overall, the atmosphere and surroundings just oozed luxury. Moreover, it was very, very reasonably priced. It's the only place I will likely ever stay when coming to Rajkot in future.

Communication with the hotel prior to visiting was quite frustrating via Booking.com. Responses weren't forthcoming, and even by email it wasn't very prompt. I had to refer to an agreement made by email to provide transport after I arrived, because ostensibly it hadn't been properly booked even though confirmed as such. So this is an area that could do with improvement. The quality of the stay made up for it, however.

The hotel is well located (small town) so nothing is very far. Staff is very warm and friendly - Kanchan, Shadab, Ravi, Tilak at front desk. The driver Vishal to and from airport was excellent too. The F&B team is very good and fresh food available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef was accommodating to our meal requests. Auto is easily available outside the hotel. Housekeeping staff very friendly as well.

Loved Breakfast it was truly amazing lot of variety fresh fruits milkshakes were delicious gental man who makes Dosa, made me special Dosa every day. I would definitely like to stay again when I come back to Rajkot

Cab service could have been bit reasonable

Breakfast was exceptional. The evening dinner buffet had a very good selection and was different each day

We would have liked to have used the swimming pool, bit with construction work going on over the road and the cement, dust was visible. This was understandable.

Check in was very quick and smooth, and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded. The room was on the 9th floor and was very nice and had everything one would need plus a few extras! We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant and we were greeted by Dusmanta Kumar, he was very informative and helped us navigate round the huge Buffett. The food was excellent and had all types of food even for those fussy eaters like me. We had breakfast buffet and there was a lovely spread of food with fresh to made orders of eggs, dosas etc. We had difficulty getting a taxi and Rajiv helped us with providing a hotel car to get us to the coach pick up point, had he not assisted we would have missed our coach, we are very grateful to him for his help. It was a shame we only had one night here, but for sure we will be back again and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff keep up the great work and excellent customer service

TV not working first two nights, locks (wireless) not working had to go up and down to reception few times. Not good late at night when you arrive after a long day out and you've to go up and down 3-4 times

Very good staff, especially there was a Bengali girl serving us in the restaurant. She was extra nice and took the trouble to explain the local dishes.

The carpets in the corridor were stinky. The rooms were okay, but the corridor...

It was very central. Easy to get around.. catching transfer was very easy.

I can’t complain the place was clean. Staff was super friendly. The food was amazing.. whatever required in the restaurant they made it for us if it wasn’t there.

Everything was superb. Fortune Grand is indeed GRAND. Room was modern, nice and clean and properly furnished. Food at breakfast and buffet dinner was plentiful and sumptuous. There was a wide choice of not only Indian but also other cuisine. Food was always well presented and restaurant staff were ever smiling and helpful. Special mention for Seema, Karishma, Sukhendu, Nisha and Dushmanta. The house keeping staff on the 4th floor who prepared our Room 407 for the three nights we were there also very helpful and need to be thanked. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in Rajkot. It is way above a similar hotel Imperial where we stayed for 2 nights prior to Fortune we stayed at Imperial Palace, which was a complete let down as it's needs substantial refurbishment . Well done Fortune Grand. Keep up your standards and please make sure you reward your hardworking staff appropriately as we observed every day that they truly work hard for the hotel.

Everything was fine, however as the hotel is not central and taxis are not readily available and one has to rely on auto rickshaws, the hotel could consider providing a taxi service to and from the centre either on a complimentary basis or nominal fare. What they currently charge for a hotel taxi is excessive .
