The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I had hurt my arm and all the restaurant staff were very kind and obliging. The room service were very helpful, friendly and polite. The grounds especially the sculptures are beautiful.

The front desk staff who couldn’t understood a simple request and made the check in process so complicated it dampened all our moods as this was a anniversary gift for my parents

Best to put elderly people on the ground floor as no lifts when we stayed. There is a need to have an iron/ ironing board in every room.

I had messed up the dates and booked a day before. However they allowed to further our stay for one day for the same price. Property is good, rooms are big and food is awesome👍🏻

The vibe of the resort was very nice. The staff in all the departments starting from restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance was extremely courteous. Would like to specially thank staff member Chandan from the restaurant for his hospitality and kind nature. Breakfast served at Tea Pot Restaurant is outstanding.

They need to have more variety in the food menu. Wasn't happy with the continental food being served.

Beautiful, lavish property, tastefully done.. Very warm and hospitable service and staff. Good view, pools and lake. Idle for a leisurely, relaxing stay or get together....Exceptional value for money..
