Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Breakfast and all food was delicious. Staff was so helpful. Employees were quick to respond and did it with huge smiles. The view is amazing. It is a total 10 all around. The beds were so comfortable I did not want to leave. This is a luxurious hotel and resort at fair prices that outdoes anyone else

Dining Staff had a hard time communicating in English. They tried so hard though and always got things right in end! The service was so caring and prompt!

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport of Shimla. Our overall experience actually resembled that of a 5-star hotel, which pleasantly exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room we got was much larger than expected, the bed big and very comfortable. Outstanding value for money. High recommendation!

Breakfast (overall choice, freshness etc.) was quite disappointing. For example, there was no fresh coffee or juices available, only instant coffee and ready-made juice. We're guessing this was due to only few guests staying at the hotel on those days (?), which understandably would have made setting up a lush buffet a bit of a waste. Most breakfast items requested by us were more or less available upon request, though, and then prepared by the kitchen staff.

Location. It seems as if we will not reach the property ever as it is at the top and traffic in the area is so heavy 😂. However, once we reached there, we weee very happy and the drive was worth it!!

The hotel is located at a peaceful location little away from busy main Shimla. The room we stayed had a balcony with beautiful view of Shimla which looks amazing at night. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and breakfast was tasty.

The hotel could provide branded toiletries from reputed herbal brands like Biotique, Himalaya or Lotus. There should also be a well stocked mini bar in the refrigerator specially in their premium rooms and suits.

Rooms very comfortable, the view was excellent. Food very tasty, staff helpful.

The rooms are situated around a central marble atrium. The noise from other guests was very loud, children running around and crying late in the evening was the negative of the hotel. Would have scored 10 apart from this issue.

Lack of clear signal post to locate the hotel and distance from bars and other social places within walking distance.

All the staff, and in particular Sangita and Neeraj, were outstanding. The rooms were very clean, tidy with lovely panoramic views of Shimla. Both breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Shimla.

This was my second time staying at the property. The staff starting from the main desk to house keeping and as well as the restaurant is so amazing and polite and always greet you with a smile and your request is completed in timely manner. They arrange for taxi service with reasonable rate to mall road.

I like the comfort of the hotel provided. Also staff behavior is so good.. In the fifth floor the view is so good.. Room service is very excellent.

Food taste is acceptable level. Can improve some more.
