Great property, wide open space in the mountains is a luxury. Nice forest trekking route nearby, and also the oldest Golf course in India (since 1906). The rooms are nice and with modern amenities, wood finish interiors. Clean bathroom. Very courteous and helpful staff, impeccable and clean.

Buffet breakfast could have been better.

My husband and I spent Christmas here, and had such a wonderful time. The staff were so attentive and helpful - they really went above and beyond for us. We were given a free room upgrade, which was a lovely Christmas present! The food was great, and we enjoyed the bonfire evenings as well. The location is exceptional, with some great forest walks nearby and amazing views. All in all, we really had a perfect stay! Thank you for everything :)

The breakfast was excellent. The variety of meals and the quality of tea and coffee was at par with the best of coffee shops. Certainly, the best way to start a day while on vacation is to get a sumptuous and tasty meal and Chalets Naldehra did not disappoint.

I can't think of anything that could be improved. We had a minor ant problem in our room and the staff resolved it very quickly and efficiently.

Overall Experience Was Good. The location is super awesome. Dinner was way too tasty.

View from normal rooms is not as good as expected since they haven't cut the plants inside the property, which obstruct the view.

The property is really unique and located just around an hour away from Shimla, kufri and tattapani. it has forest trekking route connected to the property. oldest and highest golf club right next to the Chalets. It’s the best place to retreat from hustle bustle and be closer to nature. on top of it the food was just too good at their restaurant every cuisine was well prepared paper dosa is a must try.

it requires maintenance and some repair work already ongoing. seems it was neglected in lockdown and now being repaired.

Staff - start to finish. Hospitality to the core. Pannaji and Raju at the restaurant outstanding. Nothing is too tall an order Rooms were comfy and OK. Every apartment has something unique. Food is decent Nothing exceptional. Breakfast is good.

From the day we reached to the day we left. The most uncouth crude loud dj set up for music 50mtrs away from our room in their recreation room. Robbed is of the peace and tranquility we so craved for all the way from Mumbai. Staff were helpless despite complaining The Hotel clearly lost the plot here

Breakfast was quite good with an above average spread. All meals were in fact above average at most times. The staff are the difference here. They are always helpful, courteous and willing to assist. They really made a difference in my stay.

The faculties could have been told to me at check in such as gaming activities, spa etc. My chalet had complimentary fire place service which wasn’t communicated to me. It was only after I asked that I was initially wrongly told that it was chargeable. Minor issues but they make all the difference. Would’ve liked to use the spa!
