The best stay throughout my 14days journey( 6 hotels ). Esp the Room view facing Uchi Pillaiyar n City View. The hotelier a lady was v welcoming and helpful.. My bad I couldn't get her name. Certainly will stay on my next visit hopingly will get te same room. Highly Recommend.

Everything looks great.. Just bit of minus.. Observed stained patches at bottom part Shower Glass If this could be tidied it's great place.

The location is wonderful. Room is excellent. Staffs are very polite, friendly and respectful.

Spring mattress not comfortable. Old and bed spring does not comfort. Shower water is very slow. Have to use bucket to bath. Alot of insects inside the bathroom.

True to its boutique concept, the room was trendy and cool Situated in the city, it is accessible to most places Food could be improved and if you're travelling do try food in the Trichy city Room was spacious and comfortable for us The staffs were kind and helpful It was a good experience for us

Food , Cleanliness and Location

Room and bathroom were clean. It was a non smoking hotel. Breakfast was okay.

Mostly north Indian food on the menu. The hotel should include cuisine elements that are native to this part of the country so people can experience the local cuisine.

Great location, helpful and courteous staff. Food was also great and having the The Tap attached was a bonus.

One issue i have with all hotels is that the refrigerator switch is interlocked with the mains switch so when one takes out the key from the slot the refrigerator also shuts down. Not ideal when one is away from the room the whole day and returns to the room to find a warm refrigerator with all stored items warm. There are hacks around this but does not work with the chip embedded keys which is what we had here.

The front office was very friendly and always ready to help. A huge thanks to Mr Praveen, Operation Manager without whom we would not have had such a comfortable stay

The bathroom could have been cleaner

Prices were very reasonable. Very good value for my money. Very friendly service. I would definitely recommend the hotel for excellent service
