The staff went, literally, out of their way to help me, such as coming outside to find and negotiate an auto cab. They were repainting spaces so obviously looking after things. Bed and towels clean.

Wifi works only in the lobby - but there are comfortable settees to sit and use wifi. One problem - while they did kindly store my bicycle indoors next to the kitchen, someone definitely interfered with it overnight, damaging both the rear derailleur and jockey wheel.

Some fixtures need replacement. Main Bus stand is little bit far away (Thanjavur, Madurai, Chennai bus). Auto to Chatram 100, to Main Bus stand 150. (without haggling)

Rooms are clean. Wifi and hot water are also available. Provided extra bed too. Service is best. Riyaz helps us in loading and unloading luggage. They also communicate in English which is the best we found. Everyone is very helpful. Must recommend the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained, the staffs from reception to house keeping were very polite and treat the guests with courtesy and hospitality. I appreciate each and every one of the hotel staffs,and the management.

A cozy bar attached to the hotel is simply beautiful and it's ambiance is excellent and their service is extraordinary.

Staff was good, helpful and non-judgemental. The location is in heart of city. Many small and big restaurants are at walking distances. Prices are reasonable.

Food is not available in the property. But good restaurants are near the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and very accomidating. Close to transport and shops. No problems here at all, good stay.

The room and bathroom were not very clean. The shower was cold.
