1. I like the ambience there. 2. Overall, all the staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. (Front desk, restaurant) 3. The breakfast was good. Even the restaurant food was nice. 4. The room was clean and big.

1. I feel the bed needs to be replaced . 2.Some of the things in the room look old and can be replaced .

Located pretty close to Ayyappan Temple and Central Bus Stand. Part of the same building, we had a super market for any small purchases.

Some part of the property was under renovation. Didn't give us a great vibe. Nothing that affected our stay.

Big and clean room. Very clean bathroom with great hot shower. Comfy bed. Nice staff, was always there to help. Elevator to the 4th floor of the hotel. Good but expensive restaurant. Card payment possible. We were very satisfied!

The hotel is further away from the train station as expected (1.8 km walking/driving, the written 500-1000m might be air line distance). The Rickshaws always drive to the train station for at least 80 to 100INR.

Room was super comfortable and staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast had lot of options and taste wise it was good. Hotel also had bar and restaurant Plus a super market at ground floor which makes everything accessible

Staff were very responsive. Food could have been better. I ordered mushrooms soup. They used dry mushrooms. Good thing was they had whole wheat bread. They gave a generous helping of toast - 4 pieces. But did not serve butter with these! Lemon juice was excellent on day 1 not so good on day 2.

WIFI erratic and very weak.

Good breakfast (veg) was available within a distance of 1 km. Conveyance was available any time on road.

Located in a non congested area. Rooms are big. Very friendly staff.

Rooms definitely need a makeover. Bed linen, towels could be more clean. Breakfast has limited options.

Staff is super nice and very eager to help!
