The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the middle of Trichy, so very convenient for everything (even if it's easier to say 'Sangam' to the auto drivers :). Really modern, clean, with all necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet is good. The bar is a really nice space to relax. We were visiting family, so the hotel was a lovely place to return to after the hustle and bustle of Trichy.

Service could be a bit slow at times (but no different to most Indian hotels!). Had to keep ringing to get laundry returned - it wasn't brought up automatically. Beds were a bit hard! I didn't realise you could request softer beds.

Breakfast was good. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I used to have eggs, vegetables, beans curry. Lunch: Once I had a buffet lunch which was based on Andhra foods. There was good selection for me. Room: Nice big room, one big table and very nice big TV. Staff: All the staff were very good.

I would recommend having millet preparations everyday. Despite the few initial hiccups we faced, our stay at Courtyard by Marriott at Trichy exceeded our expectations due to the excellent hospitality, attentiveness of the staff. The team went above and beyond to provide us a with an exemplary resolution to any issues we faced during the stay, and every member of the staff right from housekeeping to the guest-relations/front-desk manager, was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend the buffet options at the in-house restaurant which serves a good, delectable variety of food each time. The stay here was keeping in line with our experiences with the Marriott brand globally and we definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Room, all the staffs from various dept were very friendly and polite. Special mention to some of the staffs whom i remember the names Shahil and Adithya from the reception were extremly helpfull , ftiendly. Couteous and went the extra mile to render thier service All the staff from the chef to all the waiters from the F/B were extremly couteous helpfill friendly special mention to Swatika and Mani from F/B very friendly , helpfull. House keeping Mani was also very friendly and couteous . Overall all staff made us feel at home during our short stay. Keep up the excellent work

Where do I start. The room was so comfortable, the hospitality was brilliant, the breakfast spread was so good, the live cooking station was great. Special mention to Ahmed, Sebastian, Raja and everyone at the reception, and the young boy from the housekeeping who helped me carry the bags to the lobby.... thank you for making my trip to Tiruchi lovely and beautiful. If you are staying in this hotel let me assure you that the staff will go out of their way to help you no matter what. I'll definitely return to stay here in the future. And, Ahmed I hope you make it to Malaysia one day.

The only thing that irritated me was the hair dryer in the room. If you could upgrade it a little, I swear this would be a 10/10!

Friendly and smooth Check in, requested early check in which was accepted without a hesitation, Excellent front desk staff, especially the very friendly Ms. Rengasri Excellent breakfast spread to suit the needs of almost everyone (could have added some seasonal cut fruits) Very hospitable chefs (Chef Alagar and Chef Ajithkumar), the signature item I liked was the Pineapple Chutney for the Dosa and Idli, lovely strong Tamilnadu kinda Tea in in a typical tea stall kinda glass and that too piping hot, which you typically miss out in a Five Star Hotel) All in a 360 degree satisfying experience.

The staff at Trichy Kitchen were amazing. Special mention to Ahmed and Deeksha for taking such good care of us. The chef as well, however I can not remember the name. Excellent service provided, very friendly and attentive staff. Check in staff : Muthukumaran was also amazing with his help, and so were the bag carrying people and the security guard. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff were also very helpful with requests.

The check in process was great, however, it can be slightly improved with a welcome drink etc. Staff member Muthukumaran was very helpful and pleasant. The food at Trichy kitchen was mostly hot, but not all were that hot..eg: chicken curry ....this can be improved. The chaat stall food was yummy, but the person manning the spot was not overly helpful with suggesting which chaats to make etc. More suggestions here would have been helpful.

The breakfast was really good. Chef Leo personally came to our table and enquired about our breakfast and shared the recipe to make kambu koozh which we liked. Their filter coffee and Pongal were tasty. We had the opportunity to celebrate my mom's birthday in the breakfast hall. The chef and the staff were very friendly and wished my mom on her birthday. Overall excellent service by the team ( front desk, cake counter staff, breakfast hall chef and staff handle room services were very polite. Thank you.

Prior to check-in - online response was slow and had to call to chase/clarify few things. Request prompt acknowledgement to queries and confirmation and replies. Never receivedd replies to booking.com msgs. Can always drop in a line to acknowledge and confirm customer's queries. had to spend a lot of time calling and writing directly to hotel, that too which too more than 24 hours to get a reply.
