The staff are excellent especially those in the restaurant area. Breakfast is very good. Didn’t opt for the buffet dinner but chose from the menu. Tasty but took over an hour to arrive. Location is close to the bus station so lots of activity around that area. Auto rickshaw is R150 from the train station.

The restaurant doesn’t open till 7:30 in the evening so dinner is a little late for some. The wifi is a little annoying as you are constantly required to log in and out and they only 2 devices to connect on the one access code.

Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out. The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently. The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows. I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide.

amazing breakfast at Thendral, great menu, and live counters for dosa. I have been coming here with my families and relatives for 10-12 years and very convenient to visit temples in and around Trichy. Also, another amazing value-added service offered by the hotel is they have excellent drivers and cars on rental who are well versed with all places in and around Trichy and payment can be made on the hotel bill directly. !!!

Centrally Located very close to the Railway Station and the Central Bus Stand would strongly recommend this place for both business and family travellers. The rates probably are a bit expensive for a place like Trichy but otherwise a good place to stay with a good breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Room Service was excellent too. Cannot think of anything that was not good. Go for it.. Ramyas is the place you should be considering for your travel..

Honestly nothing.. However the dinner buffet spread could have been better with more choices. Otherwise breakfast was awesome.

Overall it was a pleasant stay without any complaints. The staff were courteous and supportive. I just stayed for one night in the Deluxe Room. Breakfast spread and taste was amazing. I had lunch and dinner in their Amirtham Vegetarian Restaurant and the food was very nice. Overall it was a good experience.

Floor mats for the restroom was not there and was provided upon request. The small fridge with drinks / snacks was locked, I guess probably due to Covid.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Trichy. Excellence service. Helpful staffs, Amazing food (try the schezwan fried rice, its authentic!)

I really love the cleanliness of the room !! Very comfortable and near to the city ! And food was excellent!! Going to book again next time if i come here
