The room interiors were good and washroom was also neat and clean. 32" TV with a tata sky connection. The bed was comfortable too. Two single sofas with a tea table. A closet and ample charging ports. Half sized mirror only. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, water bottles and a kettle were provided. Elevator available, three floor building. Big reception with ample seating. Excellent veg restuarant Shri Sangeetha available in the same building but would be crowded during weekends. Food from the restaurant will also be bought and delivered by the room boy. Hotel I in the hot location of tiruchy close to pothys, swarna Mahal, saradas and uchi pillayar temple.

The hotel is located in the busiest shopping junction of tiruchy. Day sleep was disturbed due to traffic and noisy horns. Room would be cmfortable for two people. The extra bed was of kid size where a adult beyond 5 foot cannot sleep. Also the extra bed was not firm.

Rooms - As a frequent traveler to Trichy - I can state this is the best room I have stayed for this category. Spacious and having good quality bed and AC with a.clean restroom. Perfect! Location - just opposite to holy cross college bus stop and close to Thepakulam stop - This hotel is well connected to Srirangam, Uraiyur and walkable from Uchi Pillayar temple. Perfect Food - Connected to a high quality veg restaurant, we do not need to search for other eatouts. Perfect!

Minor aspect - Noted they are allowing Swiggy / Zomato delivery guys to enter the hotel floors and deliver to the room. Universally, this is not a best practice. Guests need to come down to reception and collect the food. Hotel is risking guest safety by allowing random people get into all floors of the hotel.

The shopping distance was nearby n walking distance. Staff Pravin n the security uncle was really helpful. The environment n vibe at the entrance was dull not welcoming. The weight scale machine from hotel is one of the advantages.

Serving same breakfast every day. The front reception girl not friendly n not helpful when we ask her for airport booking. Airconditioning n fan in the room were tripped few times.

Everything was good.. convient comfy and clean..easy excess walking distance to interest area.. Reception were helpful but not friendly. So it made it hard to approach for any enquiries. Need a little smile to their face as they are the front liner heart of the property. Security staff were more friendlier and approachable then Reception staff. The night shift Receptionist way of answering the phone was a total turn off. Very unfriendly .

Only stayed for a few hours at the hotel as it was already past midnight when we arrived. Hotel's location is very good. The room was clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk through the hotel to Shri Sangeethaseetha restaurant. It's also only 20 minutes walk to the start of the Arulmigu Uchi Pillaiyar Temple steps. Pothys is just a stones throw away.

They still don't accept international credit cards though they have put in their application. So, make sure you have cash with you.

Sangeetha restaurant was below this hotel and we were not required to move away or walk certain distance for a meal. The rooms were tidy & clean, staffs were cooperative. Hot water was available anytime you wanted.

The phone in the room were not working to call the reception, my father has to go to reception in the ground floor to get the drinking water and towels for his room. Felt bit discomfort at 2AM. The parking was full, had to park on the main road which made the car covered completely by the dust.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being situated at the main road that leads from the train station (Trichy Junction) to the temple complex Srirangam, at 5 minutes from the entry to the Rock Fort Temple and 2 minutes from an ATM as well as many shops and some restaurants. The staff will help and give you directions. The rooms are nice, including bathroom

The ATM didnt work and some staff members didnr’t speak English very well (others did). Yet, that’s a very picky complaint

There is NO In-house Restaurant. Basement parking is bit complex .

My second time here! Still as good as the first time, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom! Loved the food in Shri Sangeetha’s which is connected to the hotel! Proximity to Temples and Shopping area is within walking distance which is a plus! Special shout-out to the manager who was happy to help with package delivery and took his time to explain the process of acquiring phone number in india(which we realised is close to impossible at current state)
