Value for money. Staff were kind.

May be they should add land mark in their address as local auto driver don't know the place. There is famous restaurant near by. For senior citizens they should provide plastic stool in the bathroom. Door locks have to be changed or oiled. Every day linen have to be changed.

That one male receptionist. His behaviour makes very uncomfortable. He have to get training to practice how to behave with guests. Otherwise everything is ok.

The entire stay was good. Humble and very supportive staff. Although I didn't know the Tamil language, the staff supported me in all ways possible! Room service was also good. Delighted! Happy 😃

Good location as its in the middle between Central and Chathram bus stand. For non-veg, there is pretty good Hotel Kannappa restaurant just opp to this hotel and many veg restaurants near by. 5-10 mins distance from Rockfort template and shopping area.

Limited car parking space. Had to adjust parking the car on the roadside.

The staff are very much customer friendly and caring starting from checkin till checkout. Especially though there is no hair dryer in the room when I required it, one lady staff provided somehow. Restaurant staff provided customised breakfast though it was a buffet. Overall Nice experience.
