I stayed at Maya Residency, Trichy (Chatram Bus Stand) for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, very close to all nearby amenities, making it easy to travel to places like Thillai Nagar, Central Bus Stand, and other spots to meet friends, shop, or enjoy meals. The hotel atmosphere was fantastic — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, which made the stay truly worthwhile. The hotel staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. One of the highlights is the Sri Sangeetha Restaurant located right next to the hotel, where the complimentary breakfast is served. The food there is very tasty, adding even more value to the stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay at Maya Residency and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Trichy

The rooms were clean and well maintained and overall excellent service by the hotel staff.They were very helpful and what was outstanding was that the owner himself was ensuring customer was satisfied by the service rendered and made sure staff took care of everything required. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again . Breakfast was included and Sangeethas was just next door. Location of the hotel was also very good close to Rockfort Temple and Our Lady of Lourds Church. Mr Ranga and Mr Jayaram at reception was very helpful

The experience was great. The location of Maya is convenient. I had breakfast included which was at the next door Shri Sangeethas restaurant. The food was tasty and I high recommend this restaurant. The rooms were clean and good service. I recommend this hotel with few minor reservations.

Only thing I did not expect is the staff asked for full payment at arrival, even before seeing the rooms. Typically, the payment is made at the time of check out. It was little odd. Also, on the second day, water bottle were not provided in the morning which are complimentary at almost all hotels. Maya can improve on above.

An ok hotel to stay for a night. The availability of a Veg restaurant in the property premises is a big bonus. Proximity to a major bus stand is an advantage. Price is optimal.

Entry to property is not senior citizen/differently abled person friendly. The courtesy accommodation available to drivers can be made better so that they are also humanely honoured. That would be a good feather to their cap

Sangeeta Restaurant, attached to Hotel Maya's Residency, is a culinary gem. The dinner menu has an impressive selection of South and North Indian cuisines, catering to diverse tastes. The highlight, however, was their mini tiffin for breakfast – an assortment of bite-sized dishes which tasted delicious. I stayed at Maya Residency for a few days and was genuinely impressed. The hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and the rooms were very clean and neatly arranged. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and all basic amenities were provided.The location is great close to key spots in the city but still peaceful. The staff were polite, well-trained, and quick to respond to any requests. The food was tasty, especially the breakfast, which had a decent variety.

The location is perfect conveniently close to key attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet evenings. The in-house amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries, prompt room service, and strong Wi-Fi connection. Location is great. Breakfast was included. Staff was very eager to help to address the smallest of issues.

Plumbing (leaks on shower faucets, toilet jets) could be improved without guests having to bring it up. AC adjust panel was dimly lit and not very friendly. They were able to adjust AC levelremotely from the front desk, which was surprising (good experience overall), but not all guests might know this.

Located at centre of the city, easy access to nearest bazaar and shopping palace Trichy Sarathas. The best part of this hotel are the staffs who are super helpful at all time. One of the best customer service I have ever encountered. And manager Mr Rangathan sir also very helpful from helping us getting auto for reasonable rate and help us in all way possible.
