Room size ok. Lighting in room ok. The bath/rest room was clean. Linen ok. Approach from highway was easy. Location was calm. The complimentary driver accommodation though ok was not all that humane.

Reaching front desk and rooms are not senior citizen friendly or suitable for differently able people. The front desk staff had zero welcoming sense. Looked at us as if we were unwelcome guests. Technically they accepted the booking though they claimed that Booking.com coupon had not reached them. Could not get even the complimentary coffee sachets - means room service was almost zero. The bathroom shower cock was spraying water to the walls of the bathroom and not to the person who needs it.

There is no restaurant facility in the hotel so faced problem for food and walked nearby restaurant to finish hungry. Proposing strongly for restaurant facility should be added. I liked staff behavior & their hospitality.

Not available any restaurant or refreshment parlor. For taking food boarder need to go outside or bring the food in room by hotel staff.

The room was well maintained and clean. The room was quite spacious. The staff at the front desk helped book a cab for the ride to the airport.

We had baggage that needed to be carried up the flight of stairs. The security guy at the hotel entrance neither volunteered to help nor did he look for someone who could help (in case carrying the guests' baggage was not a part of his job). He sure could have said something!!

The best thing about this property is though it was just 2 mins drive from NH, it was a calm and soothing stay without any outside noises..and also it was very safe and secured as the premises is surrounded with securities and cctv cameras from all sides.. it gave a feel of staying in a 3 star hotel with their clean and tidy rooms and fresh fruits as compliment. And also the well laid enormous parking space with security that adds to the 3 star category feel.

I think you should promote more. Many visitors are unaware about this peaceful stay.

Excellent room service and staff's are very friendly approachable, rooms are very neat and clean 24 hours room service, feel like staying in own house Very safety, near by railway station and central bus stand 24 hours Hot water facility, particularly bathroom is very clean and looking new If I get a chance to visit again, my choice should be TPC

Clean and well maintained rooms, location is away from town but quiet and not far from major roads. Breakfast is provided in packed form , otherwise one can choose Swiggy or Zomato or drive to nearby restaurants. Staff is friendly Parking available outside

I was charged additional GST on top of what was quoted by Booking.com Booking.com and the hotel didn't make it clear on the additional charges while booking the place The reason for booking via this site is to get transparent rates. However, Booking.com failed on this one.

Was surprised they had such a property along this part of the city. It’s quite new and the whole place was very clean. There are only 8 rooms. Quite lucky to have got a place there. The room is very clean with fresh sheets and toiletries. The aircon was great and so was the wifi. The staff were very helpful especially Arvind who went out of his way to make my stay pleasant. Definite yes for me.

Food places is a short drive away.

Missing the Restaurant and complementary Breakfast items.Coffee maker was there with necessary things but missing a coffee/tea from restaurant.They should think in this line to improve the biz.

Breakfast was outsourced and delivered in the room. Worse, it came in a lot of packaging that added to the litter.

The room was much smaller than how it looked in the picture. The hotel is also a lot smaller than how it looks in the picture.
