I am happy with the hotel. But I am not happy with Booking.com. I booked room through Booking.com with breakfast. But when I reached the property they told me that our booking is without breakfast. I don't know who is cheating. Please check what went wrong and do the correction accordingly so that it will not happen in future. I am not happy with Booing.Com.

Please take necessary action for the mistake you have done and advise what action you have taken to improve your services.

A very well located property, easy to find and near lots of shops. Great bars and restaurants in this hotel although bars closed on my last day due to a holiday. Really great disabled facilities. Friendly staff who spoke perfect English. The roof top restaurant and bar was stunning with great views. Rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. Wifi worked wonderfully throughout the stay.

The main photo of the front of the building isn't the best! It's really much nicer inside! I wanted to check out late at 9pm and would have appreciated a reduced rate, although I realise it was late.

Great location, great rooms, very neat and tidy. Very hygienic rest rooms. Good food. Good staff overall. Smooth check-in and check-out process as well.

I have stayed at this property/hotel more than 5 to 6 times I think. Things that I felt needs improvement are as below (again my personal opinion only) a) if possible start breakfast by 7.00 AM b) if possible train staff to stop asking you "which room" you belong to multiple times. Just issue breakfast coupon and this should solve the issue c) Sometimes staff are over courteous (may be they want to make you feel comfortable and show you they care), but it is a bit intrusive if keeps happening over and over again. This one is not a big deal, but I personally would like to be left alone and handle things myself.

Parking for the guest has not been given priority. On a rainy days, the yard is muddy and potholes. Security personnel should be trained to identify the guest’s car, for that reception should provide parking stickers. I was tossed around for late night for parking.

Sumptuous breakfast - comfortable rooms - great location - helpful staff Specific mention must be made of your housekeeping staff - they are probably the best ive seen in terms of doing the job. I needed help with some luggage malfunction , they were so timely with assistance - once again - respect

the reception lobby could be a trifle better designed - as the restaurant also opens into the same lobby it does get crowded .

Helpful staff, good restaurant, buffet bfast, fridge in apartment, separate bathrooms for each room in apartment, huge sitting room and dining area for family

Buffet timings could start earlier, for people who need to leave the hotel early for a function

The staff is absolutely amazing. They are professional and handle everything well. The facilities and amenities here are also very good. I would recommend to all.

The view from my room was boarded up. There was a lack of outdoor lighting in the room since with window was boarded up.

Under New management, the facilities are seen better. It's almost equal to Delhi holiday Inn, where I stay frequently.

Staff members are pleasant. Restaurant was good, neat and clean. The only issue is the parking facility. However they manage with Vallet parking. I like to recommend it. Dr J Pushkaran

Convenient location, being in the town itself

Food. I rate it just an average. The breakfast spread was just limited. Nothing where one can select to ones choice. Moreover no brown bread nor multi grain bread, only white bread. One has to request for low calorie sweetener, as it's not kept on the table. Overall - lunch /dinner was not that tasty..

we were happy abt the size of the room , but not happy with the breakfast. (when idli is kept u can also keep dosa on order that s my suggestion ). in the room there shld be a proper full size mirror because I think people stay there mostly for getting ready for a marriage or engagement,
