The staff was good only but they need more training on how to great the guest and how to reply They need to know English atleast comunication is very important so they need to have knowledge in speaking English The breakfast needs more improvement

The housekeeping. Rooms was not cleaned properly despite a request to do so. The used tea cups were not washed. Tea bags, water etc were not replaced. The sheets were not folded. There is a full menu but very little options are actually available. The food, though prepared fresh, was served cold. However whatever was served was good in taste.

Food options were limited but whatever was available it was so tasty Comfort is top-notch . I slept like a baby Android TV is so good you can watch movies in netflix

Fridge was not working. Food options were limited (chicken or beef items Chappati, porotta and rice) For breakfast masala dosa and puri.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. We really did have a comfortable stay at the hotel. Staffs were very courteous, rooms provided was very cleanly, location where the hotel was situated was quiet and serene. Food at the restaurant below was good too.

In fact I wanted to vacate the room by 12 noon. Accordingly requested the staff but flatly refused. Normally check in time for most of the hotels is 1 or 2 pm & check out 12 noon or 1 pm. Here it is 12 noon and 11 am resply.

It was good hotel neat and clean. breakfast needs to be improved.. lot of delay in getting breakfast. Otherwise staff everyone is good. Nice hotel

My friends and I decided to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to many tourist sites. We were not expecting much because it was a budget hotel but our expectations were exceeded. Clean rooms, professional staff, hot water in washrooms, TV, WiFi, and complimentary breakfast were gotten!! And that was not all, the restaurant on the premises had many delicious options as well. Only problem is due to highway works the entrance gate is not made. But security is available
