Staff were great and really friendly. Our rooms were a good size. Modern and clean. The Outhouse restaurant out the back was a great place to eat and drink. Lovely reception area, great place to chill while waiting for taxis etc. Good laundry service. Kids were really happy staying there.

Our rooms at the road side were a bit noisy from the traffic but still slept well. Couple of issues with the room entry key cards not working but the staff sorted it all. A few short power outs. A guest kept phoning our room (111) trying to get reception. Ended up taking the phone off.

Had a nice stay here. The room was spacious. The restaurant serves very tasty food. Have a large parking space. It's located in the heart of the city. Complimentary breakfast buffet had a large spread with tasty food. Overall, had a comfortable stay.

Only 1 litre of complimentary water bottle everyday. That should not be the case. Water bottles should be made available to guests without any limit. And if you want to buy extra, they will charge Rs 30 for a bottle. Not at all acceptable.

Nice, clean hotel room with restaurant, bar and breakfast place attached. Good food at the restaurant, and also good breakfast buffet. At walking distance from boat jetty to Alleppey.

They called very very early in the morning, to ask us to confirm the stay and check-in time. Might be due to some missing settings between the hotel and booking, as we had provided the info already through booking.

THE FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT IS GREAT THERE ARE THREE TYPES OF BARS AS WELL APART FROM THE RESTAURANT, THOSE WHO DRINK SHOULD TRY THEM THE STAFF ARE FREINDLY

WIFI FACILITIES TO BE IMPROVED THE ROOM SERVICE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE 24/7 HOT WATER FOR BATHING SHOULD BE INSTANT AND CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE THERE SHOULD BE MORE CABLE TV CHANNEL OPTIONS THE BUFFET BREAKFAST MENU SHOULD HAVE CHANGES AND THEY NEED TO ADD A FEW NORTH INDIAN DISHES AS WELL

The restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was ok. Pretty typical hotel breakfast buffet in Kerala. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking staff was also helpful to keep a place for hotel guests because the bar filled up and it was good to know our parking place would not be taken.

Smell from bathroom. It was clean but the drain didn't smell good.

Neat and hygienic rooms. Resturants and bar was too good, neat and reasonable price.....good taste to have the food......kudos....still u can make better with spa and saloon....worth to stay

We usually stay there as we feel very comfortable there. Location is good and the staff are very helpful. Food in the restaurant is awesome. All in all value for money paid.

There is nothing to dislike Except the attitude of the guy who was attending us at dinner He was so blunt Good order closes at 10:30pm And we were seated quite late Anything beyond dot 10:30 pm You will not get any orders served

Easy place to travel ,parking facilities,complimentary breakfast was best ,all staff were excellent,very pleasing,excellent manners And hospitality,very helpful with all your needs.

Maybe Wi-Fi was keep getting distracted.

Newish, clean business hotel with good restaurant, convenient for boat dock and centre, a short taxi ride from station.
