Nice big room with view over the superb !! swimming pool. Good restaurant and good food. In house massage service. We appreciate the few long chairs for relaxing before and after swimming. In many Indian hotels these are non existent.

We stayed in the main building on 1st floor with view on the swimming. I don’t know if I would like to stay in one of the bungalows. All people walking right in front of you. Europeans like to relax in the sun on their terrace. That’s not something the Indian people seem to do

Our recent stay at the Rhythm Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery with stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities. The resort's amenities were impressive, including a fantastic pool area, a well-equipped fitness center, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. Breakfast Buffet had great variety of delicious food. Staff were very friendly. I visited with my aged parents and they arranged Wheel chair services. The pool area was awesome. The stunning view of Vembanad lake and the free boating arranged from Resort was a great experience. I had few massage appointments at their spa and was very relaxing experience We would definitely recommend staying in this Resort to our family and friends. It would be a memorable great experience.

I recently stayed at this stunning resort and booked one of their poolside cottages—honestly, one of the best decisions I’ve made for a relaxing getaway. The cottage itself was cozy, beautifully maintained, and just steps away from the infinity pool, which overlooked a breathtaking lake view. Waking up and walking straight out to a quiet poolside morning was a dream. The room had everything I needed—comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a private outdoor seating area perfect for coffee at sunrise. The infinity pool was the highlight for me. Crystal clear, well-maintained, and with enough lounge space to feel private even when a few other guests were around. Whether I wanted to swim or just float and soak in the view, it was the ultimate spot to unwind. Service was warm and attentive, with staff going the extra mile without being intrusive. Food at the resort was fresh and flavorful—especially the local dishes. Special Thanks to Manu for the flawless massage booking and Athira for the being the best masseur All in all, this resort offers the perfect mix of comfort, natural beauty, and peaceful vibes. Highly recommended if you’re looking to recharge in style.

The place is lovely, the location superb, adjoining the back waters. The pool is the longest in India, and I enjoyed swimming across the length of it! The staff are very friendly, and the food is great. The poolside cottages are great and definitely worth the extra. The spa is also huge and well designed.

They use a lot of insecticides I guess, to keep away bugs and other flying creatures. And our driver complained about the slushy parking area and lack of facilities for drivers, compared to other resorts in the area.

Just had 1 night here to relax and take in Lake Vembanad. Had a small bungalow by the amazing 150m pool which was great to take in the sunset from and an early morning dip. Hotel staff were all very welcoming from the start with welcome drinks and flexibility for our departure time. Ashana was super helpful and all the restaurant staff were great - especially the chef at the live counter. Loved the live music accompanying dinner too - great musicians. Food was totally amazing - really recommend the evening buffet for such a wide choice of very tasty local food.

The long pool is definetely the highlight of this property, where you always feel like you have a space for yourself. The sunset views are beautiful from the pool. We also got upgraded from a pool side cottage to backwater facing cottage with a plunge pool. We really enjoyed the views from our room. The staff was also very accomodating to make a special welcome decor as requested. The poolside restaurant is great- we really enjoyed the dinner buffet, though the breakfast was only average.

Please be aware that the adjacent resort hosts loud parties and wedding receptions, not ideal if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed stay. It is especially loud and disturbing for the cottages close to the backwater side and the parties can go upto 10:30 pm. The staff was trying to help like offering to move us etc, but we felt it is something the property management should inform guests at the time of check in to be prepared or discuss options, especially as I can also see from other reviews that it is not a one off incident.

I had the most amazing stay at Rhythm! I stayed for a week with my Partner and we had a fabulous stay because of the incredible beauty of the resort and the natural beauty surrounding it and by how attentive and wonderful the staff were. Starting with the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. We stayed in a poolside cottage which was wonderful because we had a veranda and our own steps leading into the pool. The pool itself is something else - it's really long and ends viewing the lake so it feels like you could be in the lake. Being in the pool at sunset is gorgeous as you can watch the sun on the lake. The staff were so attentive and the food was delicious. As we were staying there for a week and dining most days at the restaurant, the staff made sure we had enough variety in our meals (even though the menu was already extensive) and the chef took extra effort to make a dish I had been craving but wasn't on the menu. My partner also had a but allergy and a dish we really wanted to have contained nuts and so the restaurant arranged for it to be prepared especially for us without nuts. I even got given a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! I've never experienced such care and attention at a hotel before, even at big 5* hotels. Rhythm is the perfect place to visit if you want to relax and soak in nature. They also have a daily complimentary boat trip on the lake which was great fun. I've told my family and friends planning a trip to kerala that they must stay here, it's truly a gem and I can't wait to return. Thank you for everything!

The stay at Rhythm was very comfortable . The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel made impeccable travel arrangements during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurant for dinner was also superb.

A sunset cruise was arranged by the hotel as a complimentary service. The cruise in itself was excellent. But improvements could be made to the arrangements for boarding and alighting from the cruise boat from the safety angle.

The pool was amazing, very long, leading up to the lake, great temperature and very relaxing place to swim. Also very quiet during the day. The lakeside setting is gorgeous, specially for watching the beautiful sunset. The whole setting is beautiful starting with the open lobby and reception to the dining area to the pool and lake. It flows really nicely. All staff were super helpful and friendly and definitely made our stay very pleasant. The extras provided were lovely - afternoon tea with chai, biscuits and a hot snack and the complimentary 1 hour boat ride on the lake. Lovely spa with massage and facial treatments Food was generally very good with great breakfast options and nice dinner buffet.

Wasn't an issue for us but worth knowing that the location is near other 4/5 star resorts, but apart from that there are no restaurants/shops nearby. Also a lot of the proper 'backwater' trips on the shikara are from Alleppey. The local boat providers only seem to provide a boat trip on the lake not the backwaters. Also worth knowing that apart from 4-5 sun-loungers near the lake there are no other sun-loungers near the pool or parasols and there is no pool service or changing area near the pool. It's best to book the cottages which are along the pool so you can access the pool directly from the cottage, rather than the deluxe bedrooms upstairs.

Rhythm Kumarakom offers a serene lakeside retreat with stunning views,luxurious rooms, and top-notch hospitality. The beautiful Kerala architecture,peaceful ambiance,and excellent amenities like the pool and spa make for a relaxing getaway. The delicious food,warm staff, and unique experiences like backwater but this time I have missed my cruises experience in the backwater due to weather but the team look forward the safety first for the guest add to its charm.
