Staff was great! The bedroom I stayed at was great too, but bear in mind that I upgraded it at the hotel. The floor was a bit dirty when I checked in. I asked for it to be cleaned and it was immediately dealt with. There's a mini-fridge in the room. The pool was fantastic! Breakfast and food in general was good. They have a bar with limited selection but it's pretty good for a night drink. No frills.

Nothing. The bathroom had a smell but it was because it was closed and there was no ventilation. Nothing to do about it and it goes away in 1 day with the doors open.

My son enjoyed the pool and a memorable stay, Food was classy with many items, securities were very friendly including the front desk

Toiletries could be increased than keeping only a dental kit and a tiny soap,say, shaving set, cotton buds,oil,even shower cap, which would have been useful at the pool too.Juices can have more choices.Washroon as well as the balcony wasn't spacious but fine... As we don't spend much time over there.Power cuts were a bitter experience....

Spacious room, clean, aircon and ceiling fan. Food was good for evening and breakfast. It was also nice to use the (hot) swimming pool and play pool in the bar area. We could make payment by international card. Would stay again if visiting.

No chairs for sitting on the balcony. Only 2 sun beds at the pool and no where obvious to get towels (another guest gave us their spare).

It's a well maintained property - the rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, bar. Staffs were very caring and helpful.

Only one thing which surprised me was for two occupants they should have provided atleast 2 litres of bottle per day. We had only 1 litre available, which is not enough. Hoping the management will look into it.

The pictures are not real on internet. There is no pool and the food delivery is very late. Miscommunication due to language.

Nice hotel with clean and well maintained rooms. very good restaurant and bar facility. Nice swimming pool. Parking facility is there. Easy access to the main road.

Shower room near the swimming pool was not clean. No Towels were present in the shower room next to the swimming pool.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and humble. Vipin was one of them with whom I interacted from the time of booking and he was very supportive. The restaurant staffs are very friendly and organised and their food quality is worth the money. Closer to the backwaters and bird scantury so you can plan your day to be spent well

Friendly staff, clean place. We booked the suite with balcony. Room was good. Food at the restaurant was good. The head waiter at the restaurant was very hospitable and gave good customer service. Very attentive to customers food preferences and gave good recommendations. Overall good place for family. Kid friendly. They even put the cartoon what my son wanted at the restaurant.

The phone in room did not work so we had to go down to reception and ask if and when we needed something.

- Limited Western food or South Indian food in the menu - No warm water in the mornings despite turning shower on for 10 minutes - No iron box - No doors connecting neighboring rooms…when two rooms are booked together.
