I really liked the rooftop bar. Nice view, the food is very good and the waiter is nice & polite all the time! He never forget to smile!

The buildings is not so new so the price it’s a lot compared to others hotel of Varanasi & other city.

Exception service by the manager and his team. They were actually available 24/7. They gave accurate information before the trip. They fulfilled every promise they made. They also provide assistance to carry luggage, assistance for senior citizens, a local person to guide us to different places etc.,. These are wonderful.

The property is not located on a road accessible by car or auto rickshaw. However, this was communicated to us clearly by the hotel. They could not have done anything better. Location of the hotel is right at the ghat. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Hotel food was good and reasonable in price. Hotel staff also arranged a boat for the morning aarti darshan at 80 ghat. That was superb ! Overall we liked the stay.

We wanted to buy sarees from Varanasi and hotel staff highly recommended us one place. We didn't like that place as they were asking unreasonable prices and very pushy in selling their stuff. Therefore, better to do your own research and then go to shops in Varanasi.

Starr to finish it was great. Got picked up from the airport and the driver was waiting immediately. We needed to walk the final 5-10 mins as no car can drive down. 2 people came to meet us and carry our bags. We immediately received water on arrival and checked in smoothly. We wanted to do sunrise walking tour and night ceremony and all this was organised instantly eventhough it was now 9.30pm. We were to meet at 6am next morning. Following day, our only one in Varanasi we started with a row boat down the ganges at sunrise. It was amazing and serene. Krishna was our guide for the day and he told us so much about the daily life of people in the city. We had a 2 hour break for breakfast before meeting up again for walking tour. Lalait joined us and led us for that. We had a great day the 4 of us. We covered all the ghats and so many interesting points throughout the alleyways. We had chai at Assi chatting on steps. We had the most amazing apple pie.. ever... it was delicious. We stopped for tea and coffee at mendeys.. we saw the weavers in their workplace with their looms. We did a street food tour as part of it and it was so so good. We spent some time at cremation ghat which was an incredible experience. Finally for the evening we went to ganga aarti which was a fabulous experience. Tried at 7pm We trudged off to our room and bed. However, the staff wanted to meet us on the rooftop. At check in they saw my dob and realised it was birthday so they had a happy birthday banner cake candles and a popper. It was so touching and a wonderful experience. So so thoughtful and i will always remember the kindness and feeling so special.. thank you all, we had a wonderful wonderful stay

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful. The service provided was excellent. We were traveling with my mom who is a senior and they made it possible for her to watch Ganga Arti from a boat because 4 hotel staff carried her on a chair up and down the ghat stairs to the boat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was cooked after we ordered what we wanted to eat. Not once did they give us stale food. The view from the room and roof was awesome. Very happy we had booked this hotel for our stay in Varanasi. One staff member was provided to accompany us everywhere we went so that we didn't have to face any problems or inconvenience.

The only thing that initially we had problems with was the location as it was way away from the main road but it did help us to get the feeling of how common people in Varanasi actually live and it was right on the ghat so we were able to enjoy the ambiance of the ghat of Varanasi.

Beautiful located on the Ganga side - 7 rooms also have river view (which I have booked for our group) but there is also a rooftop with a great view in case you have no room with window. Staffs is very nice, the managers helped us wih informations & ticket booking, housekeeping very helpful, and Shankar from the Roof top restaurant & kitchen stuff were👍 We had twice dinner there! The staff respects your privacy, so dont expect they come & clean your room without asking for it. They ask always when they see you but when you all day out you need to tell them Also towels & water they bring right away.

Rooms could need some little renovation for that price, new cuppboards as they have some smell etc.

Varanasi is a very special place. The location of the hotel is good but you have to walk through narrow passages to reach the hotel. You should ask the hotel to arrange your transportation from the airport or the train station. Then the staff member will meet you and lead you to the hotel. He will also help to carry your luggage. The breakfast is pretty basic. The room is clean but it is also basic. But the location is excellent. I stayed just for 1 night and was quite happy with the hotel choice. I recommend the place if you are not looking for a luxury accommodation.

Hotel is located near Ghat from where you can see the River Ganga flowing from river view room. During morning and evening time you can watch many boats ferrying in Ganga. The location of hotel is 5 mins walk from main road but you can enjoy walking through narrow streets of locality. Hotel Manager, entire staff, cook and ever smiling waiter are very supportive, helpful and provided us excellent services. Breakfast and food was very delicious.

Perfect location very close to the Ganga river. Relatively large rooms. Helpful staff. Wonderful view on the river from the rooftop restaurant.

Some rooms have no window viewing outside: only a small window on the side of the inner courtyard, which is covered. When eating outdoors on the rooftop, beware of monkeys who come to steal your food (they seem to think they own the place...)

the location of the hotel is awesome . right on the banks of ganges and we had an awesome view of the ganges from our room. Though the approach to the hotel from the main road was difficult, the hotel staff came up to the main road to pick us up and took us to the hotel through the narrow lanes of kashi, which itself is an experience by itself. The owner Mr.Sanjay was really helpful and the entire team took good care of us . Extremely friendly and helpful owner and staff.
