The hotel Buddha staff and the location are very convenient to travel to various Ganga Ghats at any time of the day. Hotel was able to arrange whatever we asked for including transportation to Triveni Sangam, Allahabad and other sightseeing places and temples in and around Varanasi. We also got a tourist guide and his name is Vicky who is very helpful and available from early morning to late night. It was a great advantage to have a guide who can speak the local language and very well versed with the local streets. His presence helped us save a lot of time in terms of finding a place like Visalakshi temple in a remote street. Vicky also helped us to find great local food spots for lunch/dinner and tea with a snack. Vicky also travelled with us in the boats in the river Ganga and all the way till late night for Ganga Aarti. Vicky was guiding my 87-year-old father and 76-year-old mother-in-law navigating through the narrow streets and climbing the steps. He also helped us to arrange wheelchairs for another round of visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple. We also got help from Rajesh in the reception who was very helpful. We are grateful for their help in making our trip a memorable one.

The staff members were really polite and helpful with a calm attitude. Everyone in this hotel was ready to guide you in creating your best trip. The food was exactly like home cooking made as per your choice and taste. Must try Vijay ji Chicken curry. They even helped us in getting the best Banarasi Sarees at a steal price from shops where it's actually crafted.

The location is a bit inside and not exactly on the main road. But exceptional service overpowers this as well.

Its Cleaniness

The first day of our stay was very bad because of the party that the hotel had arranged in their premises. They kept us awake almost the whole night because they were very noisy in dismantling the things. They had no regard to the guests staying in the hotel

I spent 5 nights here. (alone as a woman from Germany) I can't complain about anything. Very friendly staff. Always courteous and helpful, no matter what time of day or evening. My room was comfortable and if anything came up it was dealt with immediately. Furthermore, the hotel has a very friendly guide. His name is Raju. If anyone had any questions about anything outside of the hotel, he was able to help me tremendously and arrange everything to my complete satisfaction. What is also very great is that this hotel is not that far from the Ganges. It is about 2.5 km and can be reached on foot. Otherwise I came to the main ghat of the Ganges for 50 rupees with the cycle rickshaw or for only 10 rupees with the share auto (tuktuk) I will definitely recommend this accommodation this hotel and the friendly guide Raju.

It was home away from home! The hospitality of each staff was exceptional specially Rajesh and Vicky from travel desk! Vicky was our guide during thr entire stay and took utmost care of everything while showing us around specially help with our elderly parents ❤️ The food was fresh and delicious!

Cozy ambience. Very helpful staff. Near Annapurna restaurant. Rooftop eating oprion is nice.

New restaurant staff and management is still getting adjusted. Breakfast was not as expected.

Room rent tariff is in higher side compare to hotel Buddha's location, other facilities understanding competitive offerings from other hotels.maintenance of hotel could have been better against charges of hotel.

This hotel is out of the consisted streets near Kashi Vishwanath temple.Connectivity to all the areas is good,nice place to stay.Staff right from the reception to room cleaning and services is excellent and very polite.I would highly recommend to have a stay here.
