The breakfast was good, although not much options were there for non-indian food, and also foods such as pancake were kind of tasteless. The room was superb however, with a great pool. Although, the room location was far away from the lobby.

The property was not well disinfected, as there were a lot of mosquitoes. The food options weren't up to the standard, and the room we got was far from the lobby, which makes no sense as the hotel was practically empty of guests.

The hotel was clean . And the desk staff were very kind when I discovered that I had left my house keys in the room . They were found and forwarded on to us at our Jaipur hotel thank you very , very much to the manager and staff for that 😀

Dreadful service at breakfast the whole dining room staff had no idea how to serve customers it took almost 15 minutes to get a cup of black coffee with them mostly only serving prepaid weak tastless coffee with milk and sugar the food was very poor and the yougut in a huge bowl with god knows what floating in it the fruits were sour and I feel very tastless and cheap. Thus I had only coffee for breakfast every morning . No western options at all.

The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient. So were most of the staff at the restaurant. The room was comfortable.

Travel arrangements through the hotel are expensive and the drivers are not very knowledgeable. They also lack etiquette. The breakfast buffet was certainly not upto Ramada standards.

The customer services is amazing. Mr. Ravindra Tiwari, who works at the front desk was of great assistance and turning a bad situation to a good stay. During our stay, there was hot water issue as the hot water boiler did not work. The staff at the hotel did bring us hot water for bathing and washing. Mr. Ravindra was highly professional and was great at customer services. Our reservation was for 3 days and he did provide us with discount on the room as the boiler was not repaired. He was highly professional, respectful, polite and empathetic. We would like to thank all staff at Ramada for caring and providing great customer service. We would like to thank GM as well for having hired great staff like Ravindra at this establishment. This would be our go to hotel for sure whenever we visit Varanasi.

The hotel staff was prompt and polite and the hotel was clean and functional. Overall, it's a good deal.

The breakfast spread could have been better and the menu could have been changed daily. The bed rooms do not have reading lamps on the bed sides and the overall lighting in the room is a bit low. Guests for wedding banquet functions are allowed to enter the room areas and the noise made by them in the corridors adjoining the rooms can be very disturbing at night. Ideally, guests for late-night wedding functions should not be allowed to enter the room areas. The location is on the non ghat side of the Ganges and traveling to and fro from the hotel is quite unpleasant on the dusty roads, with no ola or uber connectivity, with only autos to serve you as an economical mode

Very helpful staff, meeting the request at earliest possible time. Food was very nice. Like approach of staff about caring their guests and reminding them about breakfast and dinner. Extremely happy with the service provided.

The hairdryer wasn’t proper and the button need to be pushed very hard to switch it on.

Gorgeous hotel, super clean and comfortable. An oasis of calm in an otherwise chaotic city. Just a few minutes drive from the famed Ramnagar Fort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Power cut out briefly a few times.

Excellent cuisine and service. Front desk staff specially Madam Ishika and Ashutosh were friendly and provided all assistance with a very friendly smile.We pace in record our appreciation. The Arzoo was nice both at breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was satisfactory.

On request facility driver's stay arrangements were not provided on first day as told and confirmed by receptionist . We had to speak to your staff Mr Suraj but of no avail however next day our driver was accommodated. Approach route is also not very smooth and road conditions outside is not up to the standards.
