Excellent perceptive and efficient staff - in food and leverages (platter restaurant and bar), housekeeping and reception. Breakfast is really delicious and excellent value for money.

Some parts of hotel need renovation-which appears to be on way. We were not particularly disturbed by it on level 5.

Great amenities, great cleanliness, great breakfast and dinner buffet. Away from the traffic jams on the central of the city. Staff are super friendly. Would come back.

Slightly further from the ghats and local attractions but not a huge issue. Would suggest staff manage guests - during buffet dinner there was a large group of people eating around the food stations and picking things with their hands rather than sitting at a table, staff should manage such people so other guests can also enjoy their food without having to constantly try to get passed guests.

It was a quiet location, grounds were kept well.

The bath was cracked & mended badly in 2 rooms. We had to ask change rooms because of this. On check out, we were told we owed money for sandwiches & and juice, which we hadn't had. (We always paid in cash for any extras) Multiple staff took time looking in through many drawers of paperwork, while we stood waiting at the desk, making us feel uncomfortable. Eventually, we had to leave as our taxi was waiting. We didn't ever receive an apology or any correspondence from the manager, for which we had asked.

We had a newly renovated room, it was brilliant.

The fact that more than a month after we made the room reservation we got a message (and that several times...) that there was a MANDATORY new years eve galadiner. We were NOT interested but it was written in concrete... The locals might have enjoyed the evening but we did not even make it till midnight... Furthermore is English spoken staff a big issue. In this type hotel that is a must I think, it is not a cheap shit hostel.

Proper first aid kit was not available. My 2 year old had an accident. My toddler fell down from chair during buffet breakfast. Got a fingure crushed by the corner of the chair. There was lot of bleeding. Fortunately, there was a doctor visiting and helped us stop bleeding. No manager was present in the restaurant at that time. It will be good if the hotel has proper first aid kit and a cab to help the customers reach a good hospital in case of emergency. Also, no one in the hotel could recommend any good hospital/doctor near by. We had to run to 3-4 hospitals to just get a basic dressing for the wound.

Everything was good, location, breakfast, pool, gym, restaurant, service…

The rooms were under renovation and our was not yet renovated unfortunately. The breakfast was very good and wide variety of food, indian and western. For a 5 stars hotel, to get jam from a bottle (Like From the supermarket) they could offer something better. Honey in small blister pack. A lot of plastic as well the shampoo and body gel in the room were small bottles.

Ambience, location and being situated next to Cantonment mall made it very easy for families like us with kids (McDonalds 😀) The buffet bfast spread was great. The rooms were very spacious and beds very comfortable. Good choice with the TV programs especially for children . The best part was the welcome lemon tea, loved it.

The bathrooms were slightly outdated and are in serious need of repair/bringing upto speed with the rest of the hotel look and feel.

I was not well and couldn't have my breakfast due to my stomach upset as I was travelling continuously. Just requested to parcel 2 idlis as I didn't consume my breakfast. The Staff refused. But many carried fruits and other cake stuff without any permissions.

Very helpful staff; great food; clean facility. Mr. Priyanshu at the travel desk was exceptionally helpful in making travel arrangements tailored to my interests.

There was some midnight construction noise one evening but it stopped quickly when I called the front desk.
