Clean , safe rooms . Great service staff . Nice restaurant . Would be nice to see them open some hotels in Delhi too .

Double check your bill as I got told incorrectly that they had applied 15% discount on food as my booking showed , which I later discovered was not true . The swimming pool area has no ambience . Is a forgotten , little area . The lights inside the pool attracted so many insects jumping in and out of the water that it felt like swimming in a pool of insects . I gave up after 15 mins as the insects kept jumping next to me and on me inside the water . They should check the pool at their Kakinada hotel to get some good ideas .

My experience with people in Vijayawada has been very nice. People who are willing to go great lengths in treating their guests and keeping them happy. This Hotel is close to Bengaluru / Chennai Highway and we selected it while we were en-route to Bengaluru. We checked-in late by around 7 pm and had to leave for Bengaluru next morning at 5:30 am. Vishnu who was at the reception that time noticed that and said that we will miss our complementary breakfast. He immediately offered us a packed breakfast at 5:30 am with sandwiches and muffins and fruits. This was indeed ready at the time of checkout. See, this personal attention goes a long way in enriching a guest's experience. Similarly, Jasmine who gave us the room tour asked us if we needed SPA or a foot massage as we just came in from a long journey. We did accept the SPA offer and were satisfied with SPA services

I recently stayed at the GRT Hotel in Vijayawada from September 1st to 3rd and was genuinely impressed with the exceptional customer service throughout my visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Sowmya and Shalini at the restaurant, Santosh, the F&B Manager, for their kindness and attentiveness, always checking on our stay and dining experience. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Vishnu Kumar and Aarti at the front desk for their warm hospitality. Moving forward, GRT will be my top choice whenever I'm in Vijayawada.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, comfortable table and chairs to work comfortably. One wall of the Room was glass which I personally liked because it gives natural light into the room. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. The food is very tasty.

There is nothing that I can say I didn’t like.

The staff were so courteous and prompt . Very considerate . I casually mentioned my 6 yr old loved the cookies they had and they packed some for him to take when we check out . The food at the restaurant Bazar was exceptional. So many varieties and great quality . The room was neat and tidy and had everything needed

The hotel is clean and well accessible. Good food. The staff is nice. They do everything to make the stay comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel in my next trip as well.

Everything is fine. A hair dryer is missing in the bathroom.

Booked a suite for the stay. Spacious with 500 sft. Separate powder room in living area was a nice touch. Very polite and helpful staff at reception, restaurant made our stay pleasant. Will visit definitely in future. Satisfied with the value for money proposition.

The hotel was very good, the staff were very friendly. Everything was perfect. Pool was small and cozy.

The only thing that I did not like was, even though we checked in for 3 nights, the key card would stop working every morning. My request would be if the guest is checked in for a long time, give the access till check out.

Bathroom - Floor mat is not cleaned properly. Hand towels not kept. There's no ledge or place inside the Shower area, to keep personal toiletries (soap, shampoo etc). It has been assumed that Dove is a good brand and everybody will use it. U use only my personal brands.

The ambience of the Hotel. Orientation about the facilities available in the room provided by the front office team member who accompanied us to the room allocated. Overall cleanliness and checking done by the front office team about how comfortable we are etc.
