Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choice and tasty. Comfortable beds. Location is perfect. Just behind the busy MG road; quiet enough not to hear traffic noise but only walk-able distance from shops, restaurants, mall.

On the booking.com website it was clearly stated that we could pay at the accommodation. After we received the booking confirmation on the booking.com app, we received an email from the hotel that our booking was on hold and that we had to pay in advance. We did not pay in advance but the issue wasn't even mentioned by the hotel staff and we could pay on arrival.

1. TV remote was not there. 2. Dish TV not working. May be not activated or recharged. 3. Please replace the hand jet spray of toilet as it has become old and water was leaking. 4. Linen although clean but had spots of usage need to be changed or cleaned properly 5. Tea coffee milk packets in room should be complimentary for making tea three times a day. 6. Toilets WC needs to be cleaned thoroughly.

Break fast was good and fresh. Special thanks to manager Mr Senapathi who had gone way out of the way to help us. Much obliged to him.

The entry to the property passes through a nasuating garbage dump of a hospital nearby which makes it difficult to navigate to the hotel. It is simply terrible.

Location is great, 3 minutes Malls and all shopping facilities right on the MG road, The restaurant was great and room well equipped and clean. Mr. Senapati who is looking after the property operations is an excellent person and very helpful and kind I would strongly recommend this property for your stay, the rooms are clean with all standard attributes, we have enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again whenever we come back to Vijayawada

Rooms, neat and good condition, with unlimited drinking mineral water bottles , mini fridge, ward roab with godrej safe lacker, AC and TV , one reading table 24 hrs hot water , escespally bathroom was found very neat and hygienic

The hotel is neither expensive nor cheap and perfectly fits in my budget and its cozy

There could have been better lighting inside the room.. But most of the people probably don't need that much lighting maybe..! But i like my room bright with either from outside lighting or from the ceiling lights

Great hospitable staff who genuinely care for guests comfort. Breakfast is fresh every morning and awesome southindian and continental.

The fan in the rooms makes noise due to false ceiling. Bathroom could have a shower curtain. TV channels subscriptions could be basic as at present none were subscribed. All one could watch is DD news

Basic breakfast but good coffee!! Special mention to Mr Senapathi was genuinely helpful. He even called us to inform when one of us has dropped our wallet in the dining area and had kept it in his safe custody.

There’s no room service facility esp for some basic food items. Maybe some tea, coffee, sandwiches, snacks, rice, etc.
