Property was well maintained in a prime location and easy to access from prominent parts of the city.

Everything else was great except for the Free Breakfast option, that was not the free breakfast option expected. Free breakfast was brought from some local places without any hygienic conditions. Considering the price for the pay I wouldn’t comment on the breakfast but it would be satisfying if the stay didn’t mentioned free breakfast. Free breakfast option is differently expected like in-house kitchen or restaurant serving with multiple options but not like this hotel served which served some 30 rupees road side cart breakfast delivered to the room.

Hot water and the location being close to mountain area

No options in breakfast and it seems we won't be entitled for it if we are not present when they bring it. Not a big deal but demonstrates unhealthy attitude towards Cust service.

Decent experience with clean rooms and friendly staff. The amenities met expectations, but the service could improve. Good location for exploring.
