Loved this stay, the rooms were big and comfortable. Pool and outside area was so nice, hosts gave their own beanbags when the sun loungers were taken! Hosts themselves were friendly and hospitable, we adored their 2 dogs who were so playful and fun. Great location, near a lot of good restaurants. Genuinely could have stayed much longer.

Stayed 4 nights and rooms weren’t cleaned at all, but they did say on check-in that there was no room clean unless you are staying longer than a week. Also no water refills.

Shower needs work, towels and tidiying the room needed to be asked or begged. It was posted that late check out is allowed but a staff came to my room 11:45 telling me to get out and an older woman yelled that I need to get out due to guests are coming. I asked for atleat 10 mins extension as I was finishing tidying up but she insisted I need to get out. I felt embarrassed as she was on the ground floor and I was on the second floor. Funny thing, I went back at night to get my luggage, half of the rooms are empty.

We had an amazing stay at Bali Billy. The villa is cozy and the rooms are clean. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, money changer, pharmacy and other shops. 20m walk to the beach or a short 5m drive. The room was spacious and comfortable and the compound was nice and clean. There is a shared fridge to store your food in the shared kitchen with all you need to prepare your meals. it was always kept clean. Staff was nice and available to assist you with other services you might need such as scooter, car or laundry.

The fact that the bathroom has not window makes it difficult to air the room. As such there is a musty smell, at least at the room I stayed in.

Absolutely love the staff here, they are SUPER friendly, kind and very helpful. Everything is VERY clean. Quiet and relaxing despite being in Canggu. Great location. Comfortable clean beds. Beautiful courtyard. Pool is nice.

Shower head was broken, and it took them for it to break fully for them to fix it - I was staying there long term, and had to shower with a broken shower head for 3 weeks of my stay. It did not hang at all. The bathrooms could be better, a little table next to the sink would help to put your toiletries, especially for longer stays.

The location, the team, the cleanliness, the rooms. The overall package is just perfect at Bali Billy. I stayed at the Bali Billy again during my stay in Bali and can recommend this hostel to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in an excellent location. Komang and the other staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating and fulfill every wish. We were also able to check out late, as we had to go to the airport in the evening. All in all, definitely one of the best accommodations in Canggu!

Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Staff were friendly and constantly cleaning. Perfect location: walking distance to many beaches, restaurants and shops. My friend needed a doctor during our stay and the staff were so quick to respond and super helpful - Cintya even went with her to the medical clinic and checked up on her multiple times afterwards. So grateful for their excellent service

We were SO upset to leave, this place truly felt like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Canggu. We booked this place super last minute as we'd been staying in Ubud for 4 weeks and were ready for Canggu. We only stayed for 5 days as we had another accommodation booked for right after and we REGRETTED THIS SO MUCH! Our new accommodation is lovely but Bali Billy was just gorgeous. The owners were so accommodating and lovely, the pride they have for Bali Billy is insane and so wholesome to watch. We loved our stay and couldn't recommend this place enough - we've stayed at quite a few places in Bali and we've already said when we come back we'll be staying here for a longer period of time! Your in walking distance of tons of stuff, and an easy walk to the beach. P.S we're remote workers and the wifi worked perfectly fine had no issues.

Both central and quiet, Bali Billy's rooms are good size and comfortable. Staff is available to assist you and always keeping the place clean. There is a small pool and a kitchen so you can prepare your meals.

The bathrooms could be improved with little investment, to match the nice setting and comfort of the place.

Amazing location on a really good road in Canguu and leads direct to the beach, very quiet at night, friendly staff, 2 cute doggies in the garden, really clean pool and garden area, clean room and nice and spacious. Would return here when next in canggu

The mattress was rock hard it was a really uncomfortable sleep :( we stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned so was starting to feel a lil grubby towards the end. Didn’t have any hot water the entire stay either which was a lil annoying but we’re used to cold showers now
