Staff are very nice and helpful, location is good, comfortable rooms, good internet

It was a bit dusty and the linens could have been cleaner, though when we mentioned it to staff they cleaned and replaced so not too bad There was a noticeable permanent smell from the bathroom A few geckos in the room but that's almost unavoidable in Bali so fair enough On the last day our entry card didn't work, seems to be a common issue with other guests. Staff could let us in but couldn't fix the key cards... Luckily we had a different entrance from the pool side but the door was hard to unlock and lock from there

Best comfiest bed, duvet, pillows. Lovely rooms and bathroom overlooking the pool. Convenient location. Currently construction next door but the price has been adjusted and it didn’t affect my stay.

Big rooms and clean

That it was on the short cut road and lots of noise in the room and also we did not use the pool as this was not relaxing. Also didn't like the fact that the young male cleaner ran after me twice one because he thought I took a towel, which was still in the bathroom on the bench then again 5 mins later to say the key card was missing which both were in the room. It was not appreciated and if he had taken a proper look he would have found it infront of his eyes.This put a sour taste in my mouth and probably will not book again because it was quiet rude.

Everything. We loved the decor, the spaciousness and layout of the room, the amazingly friendly staff, the convenience of having the water station so we dont have to carry lots of water from the convenience store back to our room. The beautiful poor and overall aesthetics of the place.

We didnt like the flies so I think maybe the shower space can be fixed by installing a stronger fan. The towels look like they could be changed but overall, one of the best accomodations we have stayed at out of our entire travelling history.

The room was great, big and comfy, bed was big and nice to sleep on. Was our favourite accommodation for the trip! Location is good as some cafes are down the street within walking distance. We tried the cafes WOODS Pererenan and Touché which were both delightful. A hair dryer can also be requested upon checking in and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately the wall between rooms are quite thin and if your neighbour is laughing and talking loudly at night it can be heard and it disturbed my sleep. The sounds of dogs barking in neighbouring houses can also be heard. But I am a light sleeper and sensitive to sounds, my friend who is less sensitive could live through it fine.

I found no faults. I LOVED the location, the rooms were perfect and the staff were incredible.

The staff were amazing!

Bedroom was lovely and huge. Bed was so comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool area was nice too and close by to the shops and restaurants in pererenan. The hotel was also next to the shortcut to the main bit in canggu too so was easy to get around. I also loved that every room had pool access.

As the hotel was next to the shortcut, the roads were a bit noisy at night but the air con did block out a lot of this noise. The pool was lovely but it’s a very quiet hotel so not much of an atmosphere. There was no reception, just a staff member came to give the room key when you rang the bell so the stay felt more like an Airbnb apartment than a hotel stay but this wasn’t so much an issue.

The property was amazing, just what we needed. In a great location in Pererenan! The staff made the stay incredible though, there was someone 24/7 to help you no matter what. Pandu, Tito, Erwin, Nisa and Ketut were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough. We will be back😊
