Everything! This hotel and its staff are just simply amazing! I have health problems that make it challenging for me to sleep on hard mattresses, and they accommodated, adding as many duvets as required to soften the bed for me. Also, I encountered many problems during my stay (my passports needed to be retrieved from another town, which they helped with, I got really sick, they called the doctors for me, they checked on me regularly to make sure I was getting better, they made special meals for me to help my recovery, they helped me to not get ripped off by a taxi driver) and everytime the team was here to help me, which is truly rare and unbelievable. Like Bred told me the first day, it was my “home away from home”, my Bali family.

There is nothing not to like

The customer service and attention to detail from the staff was the highlight of our stay. Every time we entered and exited the motel we were greeted and farewelled with a lot of enthusiasm and staff would check if we needed any assistance every time which was great (even though we didn't most of the time). We did, however, suffer from Bali belly during our stay and staff were fairly attentive in ensuring we had all we needed to get by and helped deliver items we had ordered online via Grab, to our door. Aside from this, the motel offers good facilities including a basic pool, standard breakfast and daily linen change - we liked the inclusion of a bath robe.

Basic breakfast not of the highest quality. We had dinner at the motel the night we arrived and chose not to do so again as we felt it wasn't great quality also. Location of the apartment is accessible on foot to main spots across Canggu, as long as you are willing to walk 15-20min which we were.

We had such a wonderful experience at Ecozy Stay! The team were incredibly kind and friendly—by the end of our stay, they even remembered our food and drink orders, which made it feel so personal and welcoming. The breakfast options were amazing for the price, and they were always happy to accommodate any special requests. We were lucky enough to be there during Nyepi Day, and the staff made it such a peaceful and meaningful experience. They took the time to explain the significance of the day, which was both informative and really special. The facilities were tidy, and the bed was super comfy—everything felt well taken care of. The staff truly go above and beyond. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend Ecozy to anyone visiting Bali!

We are so happy that we stayed in Ecozy for our last stop in Canggu.The property is is next to the Main Street and as the pool is next to the street u can here the vehicles but the rooms are so clean and you do not hear anything from the street. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from all the cafes, restaurants and spas. Staff are very polite,helpful and friendly. It is a very good value for the money u pay. The most important point for me is the cleanliness and the bathroom when it comes to stay in a hotel. Everything in the room and shower was super clean. I had to catch my flight and I did not eat but my partner told me that the breakfast and lunch were also decent and good

Hearing cars from the pool but it is no one’s fault the type of property which has the pool in front creates this situation but I saw that some of their units in the back of the property has their own pool which should be more relaxing

I loved everything about my stay here! It started with a cute welcome drink and little appetizer which was a very nice surprise. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, the pool was clean and larger than I expected. I will say I was surprised at the noise from the road, but that was because my own ignorance, I didn’t realize how busy Canggu was (I’ve never been to Bali). I was out exploring most of the time anyways, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. Was super easy to get a Grab Scooter or exploring by foot. The rooms were spacious and clean, showers had nice hot water. I booked the Deluxe room with Pool, treated myself! It would be a really cute set up for a couple travelling together. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked great, Netflix worked clear as a bell. The restaurant on site was also very good. I’m surprised it wasn’t busier to be honest, it’s a hidden gem. Seriously no complaints about my stay here, would recommend and would book again :) Also, hot tip, Sensorium, a restaurant like a 3 minute walk up the street is incredible. Copy and pasted my review from trip advisor because I was too lazy to write it again, but everything is true and true. Loved my time here.

The construction going on next door was irritating at times, but that’s nothing to do with the venue and that won’t be going on forever.

Property is really nice with the staff really nice and polite

They were among flexible with floating breakfast . As we already had breakfast included in our room Package so we told them we are happy to pay extra for floating breakfast but then when that happens does it mean that we can have both floating breakfast and normal breakfast as well as it was included in our package . To our disappointment they said no which to me didn’t make sense as we had already paid for breakfast with room and for floating breakfast we were paying extra which meant we could have both . So I would say they need a bit of understanding and have to be little flexible with their approach when dealing with guest

I owe a big THANK YOU once again to all the staff of this hotel. I had experienced "bali belly" infection on the 2nd night of my stay. I was almost about to faint and reached out to the reception for help. He immediately called the medical service and they were there for me just in a very short period of time. The next day every couple of hours they called me from my room, checking my condition, asking if I need anything, offered food that would comfort my stomach. As a solo traveller and first timer in Bali, I was freaked out and scared but they made me feel at home, secure and eased out the process for me. Apart from that, the room had all the amenities that you might need even the mosquito repellent and ear plugs. The pool and outdoor are was super comfy. The location of the hotel was also great. Loved the small gestures they did once I checked in - free drink, mini snacks, fruit basket and the cold towel to freshen up. I'd definitely come back again

The hotel itself was lovely and our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure to it. They also offered Netflix which was nice for a lazy morning or late night in. The location was okay, we found a shortcut which helped since we walked a lot, into more of the busier streets with restaurants and shops. They also have a good variety of food and drinks to offer.

Although the staff was friendly and helpful, they did however mostly only acknowledge my partner and a lot of times ignore me, despite me standing next to my partner and saying hello politely to the staff every time we came by. There were two staff members who did however always say hello but it was a shame to feel less welcome by the majority of the staff.

Really GREAT food with variety of choices, always available from 7am till 11pm in the hotel restaurant! Friendly, kind and responsible staff, they were happy to help with everything we needed: bikes, laundry, SIM card, etc. We were allowed to have a late check-out which was a lifesaver for me as I didn’t feel well that day. I really liked our stay there and would like to come back!

Overall, our room was clean and fresh. However, I did find some things that could be improved: we had old stains on the floor, not very clean sink walls, and limescale stains on the glass shower wall. Tea utensils were sometimes not changed, but rinsed, so that tea / coffee stains remained on the cups, and it was not very pleasant to drink something from them. I wish we had dishwashed cups every day.

All the staff are so amazing! The reception, cleaning staff, kitchen and maintenance were all amazing thank you! They made our stay so comfortable and helped us any time we needed anything. The breakfast is delicious and the service is impeccable. Location is great not too far away from anything but also not too busy, you can sometimes hear the road at times though. We ordered a massage from the hotel which was great. We got a pool room which was great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for Canggu. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay in Canggu.
