We stayed at The Apartments Canggu for 10 days. The communication with staff ahead of our arrival was easy and they made sure to accommodate our arrival time as the reception is not staffed 24/7. Our apartment was just lovely. One separate bedroom with bathroom, one dining room with kitchen and a small garden with pool. The pool is perfect for relaxing and winding down after a day of exploring. Both rooms are fitted with an air conditioner. There is WIFI and a TV in the bedroom where you can watch YouTube etc. The kitchen is equipped with essentials that allow you to prepare meals for 2 people. While The Apartments in Canggu is located next to a street that can get quite busy, our apartment itself was located in a nearby alley, away from traffic. The upside of the central location is that restaurants, bars, shops etc. are within walking distance. If we're ever in the area again, we would definitely stay at The Apartments Canggu again.

The plunge pool was fabulous, always warm and loved the decor of the place too. The location was fabulous. Restaurants, spa, laundrette, shops and bike rental all outside the villa literally across the road.easy check in and out, cheap mini bar provided. Staff helped us rent a bike and book a taxi as grab, gojek and bluebird are not allowed to pick up in this area. Air conditioning was fabulous! Staff were friendly.

WiFi was very bad 👎, ants.. there were ants everywhere inside and outside. And could get in under the patio door, no rubbish or food could be kept anywhere inside due to this. Major ant problem that probably needs sorting. I don't mind a few ants, but the amount coming in was too much.

The one bedroom apartment was great, had everything needed. The private pool is what makes it, it’s private for sun bathing and was always clean. The location is perfect, it’s not too noisy but close enough to local attractions. Easy to use grab bike from this location also. Walkable to cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff are very friendly and happy to help.

There is some construction work happening at the main road, but the appartments are down a small side road so it wasn’t loud, just sometimes hard to cross the road due to the construction. They did appear close to completion though.

Very friendly and helpful service, comfortable and secure apartment, great location for walking and scootering around Canggu. The beach is 5 mins by scooter, and Samadi yogi is a 10 mins walk from the apartments.

The only problem I had was the mosquitoes in the room and on the porch. The staff were helpful giving me a repeller for the room and bug spray, plus the grounds were treated while I was there which I think helped a bit, but unfortunately some areas in Bali are just very mosquito-ey and there's not much that can be done about it. I think perhaps citronella or something similar on the landings in the evening could help.

We booked the 1 bedroom appartment with shared swimming pool and got the room 10, it was amazing we love this place ! So quiet, peaceful. No construction noises, almost no street noises eventhough it's perfectly located in the center of Canggu. The room is big and beautiful architecture, bed is massive and very comfy, perfect to watch some movies in the evening on the Smart Tv. Full of mirrors, good thick curtains so not much light in the morning. Decoration was nice, it feels home. We also loved the little private patio, perfect for morning coffee and work-out. We only used the kitchen for the fridge and coffee but it's well furnished, and we liked the drinking water dispenser. Then the swimming pool area is perfect, cute and feels really private (shared with only 3 rooms so we spent a lot of days seeing absolutely no one), sun beds are incredibly comfy. Full of sun from morning to end of the day, lot of plants and grass. Staff is also very nice, cleaning everyday if you need it. We preferred to ask whenever we needed it or not as we like to sleep late sometimes. I don't know about the other accomodations but this place definitely deserves better than the rating on Booking. A bit pricy tho but we will come back for sure ❤️ probably my favorite accomodation for a couple in Canggu.

A few mosquitos sometimes in the room but I think it's from us not always very being carefull with the door in the evening 😅

Quiet for the most part, couldn’t hear traffic despite being on a main road. Bungalow room was very private, bed was on the firmer side, however still comfortable. Staff were easy to communicate with and very friendly. Like others had mentioned in reviews, the pool is small but was perfect to relax in here and there (size was expected based on reading reviews so wasn’t a shock). Would recommend to others looking to stay in Canggu.

Sometimes the hot water would run out quickly, but didn’t really affect the trip.

We booked our holiday the day we flew out. Communication from staff was next to none and when we arrived the apartment itself was amazing. Everything you could ask for. We booked the one bedroom apartment with private pool but my sister booked the room with the plunge pool and for the price you really cannot go wrong. Location of the apartments are amazing and you can access many restaurants and the main strip by foot. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Canggu. The staff are amazing- nothing is too much for them. We also had a personal issue on the last day of our trip and the staff went above and beyond for us and cannot thank them enough.

Spacious, safe, clean and comfortable Villa, great outside space and pool. Perfect for us and had everything that you needed. Eni was so responsive to messages before arrival and met us at the Villa, very helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff and pool guy very polite and do a good job, place was spotless. Beds super comfortable.

Just access road but not down to the Villa

I was hesitant about booking this property due to some reviews, however I am so GLAD I did. We stayed in the one bed with private pool, it was honestly like a private villa away from the hotel. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Regular house keeping, friendly staff. You’re able to rent scooters off the reception too.
