Impeccable, new rooms, super clean & comfy, friendly & chill staff. Great operations in place. RONJI THE CAT is the top asset, she is a super loving, well behaved cat who wants a lot of attention and firm massages. I do hope that the Palms team continues to feed her (I am happy to sponsor her if any issues in the future please msg me!)

I honestly loved everything about this hotel - so much that I am going back again this holiday. The staff are all so kind and friendly, everything is so clean and the facilities are amazing! Beautiful pool, tennis table and little area so sit, work/eat lunch ect. Perfect location to everything in Canggu, walkable or a short Gojek ride. I also felt so safe here as a solo traveller - if you’re looking for somewhere in canggu, I highly recommend The Palms!

Honestly nothing!

I had an incredible experience at The Palms Canggu! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail. The room had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable. The facilities were great especially the pool area which was perfect for relaxing and the ping pong table was super fun.

Organized and clean. Staff are lovely. Very secure property.

Unfortunately the minibar was not looked after. The water provided had some lemons and mint and when I opened it, it smelled awful. Coffee creamer was so old when I opened it, it was rock solid. Couldn’t have my coffee.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the team made every moment enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. I left feeling refreshed and can't wait to return!

The staff at the palms are so friendly, they made our bed every time we went out which was lovely. The air conditioner is amazing, the pool is beautiful and the location is great, walking distance from great cafes and just a bike ride away from canguu!

Really good value for money. Location is super central & close to everything but located in a very quiet street off one of the busy streets away from the chaos of canggu. Pingpong table is a nice touch. The staff and manager Gede were very friendly and helpful. My bungalow (room nr 13) was in the corner with a really nice garden giving me maximum privacy and space for chilling out. The pool area is also really nice, clean & relaxing.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. There's no restaurant on the property but it's less than 5 minutes walk to the main street with many different breakfast / brunch cafes & restaurants. I'll book here again for sure.

The property was fantastic, just like the photos! It’s a 20 minute walk out of the hustle and bustle but a 5 min Grab ride so nice and quiet in the evenings. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I was here celebrating my mum’s 70th and they put a “happy birthday” banner in our room which I thought was lovely personal touch and much appreciated! The bed was comfy and the place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone considering to stay and I hope to return 1 day. The check in and out process was seamless and we had a lovely welcome drink with cooling towels. Thank you for such a great stay!

The Palms Canggu is such a beautiful place, I loved the layout and design. The rooms and facilities were top-notch and staff were really accommodating and friendly. If you're in Canggu and looking for a great experience then definitely stay here, I know I will be back for sure. Thank you again for an incredible stay 🙏

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcomed, especially by the man on reception. It's location makes it super easy to explore Canggu, but also far away enough from the busyness which makes you feel like you're in a little oasis. Our room was beautifully designed, very clean and tidy, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. We made use of the laundry service which was amazing value for money and turned around in less than 24hr. The staff were very kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Canggu.
