We loved this villa! and wish we had stayed longer. The room itself is a really generous size in comparison to some other places we stayed at during our trip, and it was so comfortable and spacious. The bathroom as well, and the outdoor shower bathtub! Not to mention having a private pool for yourself was wonderful and relaxing! We really enjoyed spending time in the day beds and in our own pool and spaces. As well as the shared space pool which was bigger. The staff are also super helpful, they would come every night to spray and put things to help repel mosquitos, as well as doing a full resort spray thing when we were there. We never got bitten by any mosquitos, these people really went above and beyond! Would definitely book again!

The only thing we didn't love is that we did book a message at their facilities and it was okay! Hard because there are so many options and places to go for a massage in Bali in Canggu but definitely felt that it could have been a bit better.

We stayed in Aine Villa #515 - we loved the decor, the privacy of the villa, and the layout of the villa that allowed us to get from pool immediately into the shower area without walking through the bedroom. It was well thought out, and well planned. The villa was just as shown in the pictures on this website. The surroundings were lovely, well-maintained, and the staff were warm, friendly and polite. The bedroom was comfortable, as was the sofa, and work desk. I appreciated the multiplugs as well as the built-in traveller-friendly power sockets so we didn't need to break out our travel adapters The staff come around every evening to do some mosquito control by spraying mosquito repellent / bug sprays, and to place a mosquito coil in the garden area / breakfast patio next to the pool. One of the best things about this villa is that no kids below age 16 are allowed. So it was very peaceful, you could enjoy the sun beside your pool and doze off, never having to worry about being woken up by screaming children in villas a few doors away, or dealing with children crying at breakfast hall while you are still waking up in the morning! We also went for spa treatments, which was very nice. The treatment room was gorgeous and cozy, and we enjoyed the massage and body scrub / facial in a couple room. Breakfast was tasty, although options were limited. All in all, very good service in a quiet and beautiful villa, lovely stay that made us sad that we had to go. Will be back in sunnier seasons. There was a bit of moss on the walls in our villa near the pool. It wasn't too bad but ruined the aesthetics a bit! Breakfast options were limited (but tasty).

The property is really well maintained and quiet and each villa is well spaced so you get a lot of privacy. We were lucky to have been upgraded to the royal aine villa that comes with extra jacuzzi and the housekeeping team was so sweet to decorate our room for our wedding anniversary. It’s also convenient to get support from the staff by whatsapping them and they are very responsive and efficient. The only complaint is that they never clean up our wine glasses or cups for the 4 days we stayed there They have shuttle every 3 hours to bring you to a few main spots which is convenient to get around. Highly recommend this villa for couples and families

We had an incredible stay at Theanna for our honeymoon and my wife's birthday. Our villa was fantastic - spacious, clean and it was the small touches that made it perfect - daily cleaning including fumigation, an in-room jacuzzi overlooking the pool, filtered watered dispensers that we could access whenever we needed We also appreciated the warmth and energy from every staff member we encountered. It almost felt like a spiritual space, with how kind everyone was. A special mention must go to Putri and Sinta at Ketela Restaurant who both were genuine lights and brightened our days. We loved chatting to them every morning, or in the afternoons when we relaxed by the pool. Their energy and attentiveness truly made our stay special. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs, and we loved the small touches - including spelling our names in fruit with our smoothie bowls when dining. It was sad to say goodbye to them. We highly recommend anyone choosing to stay here. It's truly worth the money - what an experience. We'll be back!

My husband and i stayed at theanna for our honeymoon , they organized a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us back to the villa which was extremely convenient . From the minute we arrived we were greeted with smiles and checked in and given our room keys. our luggage was taken to our room and we were shown around the grounds. The property was clean and continuously being maintained every day. Service from the staff was AMAZING ! anything we needed they accommodated. The shuttle was so convenient to use to take us down to the beach or anywhere close by for a small fee outside of the shuttle times. Our stay was nothing short of amazing , if you didnt want to venture out to canggu main streets, you had everything at Theanna that you need, the restaurant was so nice, the food was amazing, drinks, the bed and the villa itself was perfect. We have nothing bad to say. The villas were quiet and we didn't hear road noise. Its so close to restaurants , shops and chemists. The night before we finished our stay i came down with the dreaded bali belly and the reception sent a medical team to asist as soon as we asked at 1am in the morning! Overall , we would definitely stay next time we visit Bali. !

Everything! Staff are really helpful, responsive, and friendly. They always check to see if we got everything. The welcome drink was very refreshing and we got chips, too. The villa is very clean, yes there's a little moss on some corner of the poolside wall, but it's nature and it doesn't bother me. The double vanity bathroom is nice and the bath/shower wet area is spacious. The room has 2 aircon: in the bedroom and in the changing room, making the villa cool in the hot weather. The pool is nice and the kitchenette has everything we need except for the tea towel / paper towel. They have water stations along the driveway which makes it easy to refill our water. We stayed during mum's birthday and they surprised us with floral decorations on the bed, bath, roses, and cake. It moved her that made her cry with a smile ☺️

That it rained on 2 days out of 3 total stay, but it was due to the tropical cyclone. We had to ask for extra amenities (for free) such as pans and pots, bathrobe, slippers, and extra tissues for the kitchenette, as these were not provided in the room. Also it'd be nice to have bath gel or bath foam in the bathroom. I was annihilated by the mosquitos even though the staff sprayed the villa and put on the mosquito repellent every afternoon. Again, not their fault.

We just spent five days at Theanna villas and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa itself was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay in Canggu and the private plunge pool was a bonus. The location is excellent being just off the main road, and you could not hear the traffic and chaos of Canggu itself from the Villa complex. The staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The restaurant was exceptional. We had a fabulous breakfast every single day and had dinner at the restaurant several times - which served excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff in the restaurant were just lovely and helped make our stay truly delightful. If we visit this area, we would definitely stay here again

From the moment we arrived at Theanna Villa and Spa, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The restaurant team in particular were amazing – especially Putri, who absolutely adored our little Rae-Rae and made our daily breakfast trips and pool time truly exceptional. It felt like we were part of a big, welcoming family. Our villa was perfect – private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We loved the seamless transition from the shower to the pool, the calming water feature, and the outdoor courtyard that added an extra touch of serenity. Housekeeping was on point every day, and the nightly turndown service was such a thoughtful, luxurious touch. My wife also had a spa experience – a massage and body scrub – and said it was serene, delightful, and deeply relaxing. She felt so well rested and loved the warmth and professionalism of the spa staff. The shuttle service was a total lifesaver, and again, the team was friendly and super accommodating. The food? Delicious – high quality, great variety, and well-priced. The main pool and restaurant areas were also incredible and beautifully maintained. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I tend to notice the finer details – and I can honestly say this has been my best stay anywhere in the world. We had an amazing stay! The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly, and the room was beyond our expectations — spacious, beautifully decorated, with a private pool, a bathtub, and a super comfortable bed. Every evening, someone came by to spray and prepare the room against mosquitoes, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. On our last day, we unfortunately got sick, and they went above and beyond to find us a room at a reduced rate so we could rest before our flight — something we were truly grateful for. The on-site restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and great service. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and caring environment. 🫶🏻

This property is in a great location and the staff are amazing. They really made our holiday so speacial. Every single person, from the lovely people on reception, to Putri and Sinta and other staff in the restaurant, went out of their way to look after us. I have never experienced this level of service, care and attention to detail. The shuttle is also another wonderful service they offer. There is free drop off and pick up down to the beach 4 times a day. It was never a problem for them to take us outside of these hours - for less than $4 AUD someone would drop us off or pick us up anywhere in Canggu at any time. We also left our passports in the hotel safe when we checked out which was extremely stressful. I contacted the hotel via whatsapp and the collected them for us and delivered them to our hotel in Nusa Dua within hours - free of charge. We could not believe how helpful and considerate they were. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there next time we are in Canggu.
